Well, honestly, even if they weren't, odds are they would still be up.....parent of the year is not something I will ever achieve But in my defense, I would have been telling them to get to bed for at least half an hour....

We think we're almost done Kar, it's been 4 years of watching, waiting and worrying............now maybe, everybody cross all your fingers and toes and pray to everything you believe in, maybe we'll be golden.

I couldn't remember the type of hep though....

It's autoimmune. I don't like to say hepatitis really, because people think A, B or C..........it's not a virus. It's actually not even related to those. Hepatitis just means inflammation of the liver..............this is more like Lupus.

We'll have to wait a couple of weeks for results.............

Ahh...we had a scare ourselves of that nature when DS was in high school...his liver stopped functioning, he turned yellow, had horrible stomach aches and when all the testing was done and complete....many MD's and ambulances to the hospital in the middle of the night (talk about sheer stress) it was ACCUTANE for acne.

Hey girls... after my long day I am really starting to fade,
so I'm gonna say goodnight and try turning in.

I didn't know accutane would do that.

We had sooo much trouble getting a diagnosis. I finally planted myself in an emergency room and said, "We aren't leaving until someone figures out what's wrong with my husband!"

Then we had to leave anyway, but we left with a specialist referral in Dallas. 3rd leading liver specialist in the country. He diagnosed him right away, started him on Imuran for organ rejection, steroids and synthetic bile, and dh started getting better in two days. He said he wouldn't have lasted another two weeks.
