Here's an update on my DD I posted earlier:
How's it going everyone? Here's an update on Amber: Everything went very well. This morning she was crying because she didn't know what to expect. That was most frightening to her. Well, when we arrived, she wanted me to come into the room with her while they gave her the laughing gas, but they wouldn't allow it. So, she said that they gave her laughing gas, and tried to hook one IV in her right arm, but she said the dentist kept telling her to stop moving and crying, so they had to put it in the left arm, and they finally got it in. After that, she said, it was a blur. Well, afterwards, we stopped at Starbucks and I got a coffee and she got a blueberry muffin and an ice water. While in line, she opened her door and started gagging (sorry if that was TMI.) But, she was fine. We got her home and she slept until now, with only a few times when I woke her up for her to drink and take a pain pill. She just woke up, and is watching TV. Thanks for all of the good wishes, Mad Chatters! We love you guys!

Oh I know, me too. I think the main reason why she was so scared was because she's never had anything done like this before. She's never had surgery, never broken a bone, etc. The worst thing she's had done to her mouth was having braces put on and teeth extractions. This one was a tooh exposure. She's still doing great. She was able to eat a PB&J sandwich and chew on the left side of her mouth for lunch. We keep pushing the water.
