Well, I need to make a banana pudding, so I will be off and on for a bit. If I don't reply, I am not ignoring anyone.

Just taking DD12 to lunch and to Target so she can spend her babysitting money.

I don't think I've ever had banana pudding. Maybe as a kid but not as an adult. It sounds good. Wait, maybe I have. Is that the dish you put nilla waffers around the side and whipped topping on top? I think my "Nana" used to make that.

Oh yeah, I remember the Nilla wafer pudding. It's been like 20 years though.

Only for the teams I like. Saints of course. Then there's DD's High School football team. We do go to all of those. More for a show of support than me wanting to watch the game. I never just flip the channels and stop and watch a game. I need to have a connection.

I was at Target yesterday. I looked for the Coach and Dooney & Burke purses that people were seeing there. No designer purses in our neck of the woods.

She does have a boyfriend. He lives in our old town so she doesn't see him much. Which I must confess I'm happy about. Nice boy but I'm just not ready for all that yet. Phone, text and computer conversations all the time.

I'm gonna check ours today too. I'd be interested in seeing them. Although, I think making designer purses so easily available (and less expensive) makes them lose their prestige. Like when Hello Kitty stuff could only be purchased at San Rio and other specialty shops they were a lot neater than buying them at Target. And better made.

I agree. My DD who is 10 loved Hello Kitty when she was little. The nearest mall that had a San Rio was about an hour away. It made it more fun going there to buy stuff. Then of course she goes through the stage of HK being too baby. Now at 10 she's wanting Hello Kitty stuff again. Go figure.
