he puts tomatoes, hamburger, onions and grinds the beans in a food processor. Then he adds chinese BBQ sauce, jalepenos, red pepper and cinnamon. I think thats it but there may be more. Sorry it took me so long to post. I typed it out once and then the server timed out and I lost it.

no I didn't know that. Burritos are still sold in Mexican restaurants here where all their clientel speaks Spanish. weird. But I do know about the tortilla. We just recently bought a tortilla press from the Mexican grocery store

Hello girls. We were across the street at our friends' house. They have this new golf game for their X Box. We were all playing it and it was fun! I hit my ball the 2nd furthest, after Brent.

Here's my pic of what I thought was dh's finished painting. He did go back and outline the star in orange (or magic burst or whatever) and then signed it in orange, too, but it's framed now and I think the flash would reflect off it. It's hanging in our livingroom!

Yup I went to the meet and I'm very sorry to say that I forgot my camera! I got there and realized I'd left it at home

but the meet was fun! I met Dan Murphy, who is so awesome to talk to!
ANTSS2001 was there and she is really cool. Her and her family were in town visiting
Michelle is just how I'd imagined her. And her 2 little ones are just adorable!
Bunchkin was there with her family
Geffric and Macraven stopped in
Rosemarie was there with her family
and Kim Raye was there with her daughter!
Did I get everyone? I think so.
So we went to Red Robin to eat. We talked and talked and looked at Michelle's wedding pictures. They got married at Disney and had their reception in front of the Dolphin!
Then we went to the Disney Store in the mall and I got some cute notecards of Tink and stickers of Ariel and Cinderella! I am psyched to use them! Then we went to Build a Bear and Michelle stuffed a Cookie Monster for her little ones. And then I came home. It was a great time!

I do a rules lesson in Social Studies the first week of school and I use Snow White and the 7 Dwarves. We read the story, we talk about needing rules, and then they help me make the rules (they always end up coming up with the ones I want, isn't that amazing?). I always used the big squeaky figures, but someone stole Dopey last year. Fortunately, I was going to WDW so I picked up a pack of the smaller ones and I'm going to have to put them up and not let them play with them like I used to.

They steal so much stuff, it does make me think twice about bringing in some things.........I hate to be that way, but especially with things like this that you can't get everywhere, if they steal them, they can't be used with another group.

it is very sad. Do you think at their age they just don't see it as wrong, or do you think it has something to do with their home environment or peer pressure? I'm not judging in the least, I was just curious as to your theory

Mindy, I think they are impulsive. Straight up, they see it, they want it, they take it. I actually have more problems with it from the kids who do have more and whose parents are more involved than those who have nothing and are raising themselves.
