Hello Chatters!!!
It was quite a busy week. And, I have another one coming up. We host the Ft. Myers Boat Show at our convention center. it will be a crazy week. My dad is flying in to watch Kevin. So, I thought I'd drop I and say hello.

Bonnie,YES!! I had a great trip to the world. The highlight was meeting the Squidster! We had a blast together. I really hope I can get up there for a day or two to meet (torment) the rest of you

Halloween I worked. But, got off early. We had lots of trick or treaters come to the door.
Here is Kevin on Halloween. Gone are the days of cute costumes.

I stopped in on one of the Colts/Pats threads today and wow was it vicious. That Boomie guy is insulting everyone and making all sorts of nasty claims against the Colts. Am I missing something - I thought the Pats won.

You're being awful nice Cheryl. Let's face it. Most likely yesterday's game knocked the Colts out of the Super Bowl. No dome team has ever advanced to the Super Bowl unless they had the home field advantage throughout the playoffs and it is doubtful that the Colts will be able to. If it comes down to these two teams in the AFC Championship game again, does anyone really think the Colts will win in Massachusetts, outdoors, in the dead of winter?

Afternoon, Chatters! How's everyone doing? I'm at the library today, cause DH took my car and library is really close so I can walk there. Public schools have a teacher work day today, so this place is SWAMPED with kids acting like animals. Oh well, it's to be expected, right?

You're so living in the '90s Bonnie! Under the new DIS Siggy guidelines, there is no longer a limit for pics and such (other than the high limit that the tool itself has -- 25 images). You can have as many pics as you want (up to 25) as long as they fit into the "frame area" that you have to work with.

Speaking of your siggy, you might be interested in knowing that all I see is the top half of your countdown timer.

UGH! It's going I guess. I did my timesheet last week and it was 63 hours. I also figured out last night that I have worked at least 4 hours both days the last two weekends (and often more like 6 to 10) so I have worked 20 consecutive days now. I feel like a teacher (or Cheryl) but I don't get my summers off like teachers (and Cheryl).

I sooooooooo need a vacation.

What kind of work do you do?

I'm a systems analyst in Information Technology. Basically, I design new software and computer systems to meet the needs of our business. Others do the actual coding and then I oversee the testing of their changed or new programs. We are now entering the testing phase of a project that started back in September 2006. We have hopes of installing into production at the end of this month and begin actually using the new software early next month.

This project has cost over a million dollars but the theory behind it is that it will make our company tens of millions of additional dollars in profit by increasing sales.

Go away troll, this is a nice friendly thread. Not a hostile hater thread like the Colts/Pats thread - wow. I have to be honest though and admit that I didn't watch game - I watched Pirates instead.

I know all of you Patriots fans love your Tom Brady, but honestly he doesn't do it for me. Now Johnny Depp in pirates garb and eyeliner. Whoo Hoo!
