Afternoon chatters! Dang, I have been out of the loop! Welcome new person! Heather is it? And I missed a T sighting!

I have been working on this stupid booster club stuff for 2 days now. I will never do this again. It's a big ole pain in the rear, and I tend to like my rear pain free, KWIM?

So anyway, booster club meeting for me tonight, which probably means by the time I get home, all you east coasters will be headed off to bed. I don't know why you people like sleep so much. It's overated. Says the chick who nearly slept for a week last week.

I hope your week is off to a fabulous start! Mine was going well until I found out there was a major screwup at work, that I didn't do, but could very well get me fired. Eh, I don't like the job anyway, and kids can live on Ramen, right? I wish I could muster up a little bit of concern about it, but I really can't right now. I just don't care. That's bad, isn't it?

Hopefully I will chat with at least some of you tonight, and you other hags who crave sleep, I will catch tomorrow! Later taters.

Hi girls! I planned on surprising my kids today with a free trip to King's Dominion (with the summer camp from my school). And guess what? Two out of three did not want to go! Here I thought I was being all sneaky and nice, surprising them, and they go and foil my plans for mother of the year. But it's all for the best I guess, because it's gonna be HOT today. Heat index of 110. Hottest day of the year they think. An amusement park is probably not the best place to be today.

May I vent please.

My fridge has to be replaced!

It started making bad noises.... really bad noises on Friday. So we called they said it was under warranty, I was surprised but very relieved.

We took a deep breath and said thank you God!!

The man came this morning to fix it (for free we thought) and

IT WAS THE WRONG REFRIGERATOR!!

What!!! How could this be... only one we have! But it turns out dh bought one for a house he was doing sometime back and used our address so....

"I'm sorry maam"




It cost me $40 to find out it will cost more to repair than to replace!
