We did a land/sea because we weren't sure if we would enjoy cruising.

Don't worry about asking a million questions about a disney vacation, we are still on the DIS and we are all WDW and DCL freaks around here!

It can cost similar to 7 day at Disney. There are different categories on the boat in different price ranges.

The food is really good. The sodas are included. The restaurants are really cool too.

I'm going to butt in. DCL is VERY expensive, but it's all about you preferences. When at WDW do you stay deluxe? Would you have to have a balcony on the ship? DCL costs about $400/night for 2 people. And costs just keep going up. But nobody does it better than DCL.

So DCL can cost the same as WDW depending on how much you usually spend at WDW.

I have!! Until this past summer when we moved to VA, I lived my whole life in Las Vegas! So DL is where we always went for family vacations growing up (It's only 4 1/2 hours away), and as a married lady, we took our kids there a couple times a year. I've probably been there 50 times during my life!
