Everybody's been sick on this thread. Don't spread your cyber germs. :rotfl:

I don't know where everyone else is. Looks like it's just me and you. Sorry Bonnie's not here to, you know, keep you company.

p.s. hope you feel better soon. :thumbsup2

Thanks!!!

Do you have any last minute shopping to do? I sure do. I'll be out fighting the crowds on Saturday.

The only gift I have to get is for my FIL. Dh is so busy this time of year. He's a manager at FedEx, so we will see him on Dec. 26

I have no idea what to get my FIL. :guilty:

Other than that, I'm done. But I'm not looking forward to fighting the crowds either.

Wouldn't be bad, if people acted halfway polite, but you know....'tis the season.

I have to work Sat. so tomorrow is my last chance.

I have to get m FIL a gift too. I think he wants a sleeping bag. They recently got a bunch of camping stuff but no sleeping bag. I hope he likes the gift.

I bet you man is very busy. I just sent a package today to NY via FedEx. Those guys are so so busy. Our guy that comes to the office dosen't even have time for a hello - just in and out.

I am hoping the crowds aren't too bad on Saturday. :rotfl: like that will happen.

What time do you get off on Saturday or is it Sunday? Do you have to work on Christmas?

I work until 3 p.m. on Saturday. I'm off Christmas Eve and Christmas. :cool1:

I work on an 'as needed' basis at the hospital. I don't have a set schedule, I just sign up for days or they call me if they're really busy. I only have to work one holiday a year, and I worked Labor Day. It's good, because while the kids are young I'm for the most part a stay at home mom.

BTW, I'm sure noone will be out shopping on Saturday. Probably be a ghost town out there.

Do you guys travel anywhere for Christmas or stay close to home?

We are staying at home. My Mom and her husband are coming over - plus the in-laws. We are having Prim Rib this year. How about you?

We do Christmas Eve with my family, Christmas morning with dh and dkids, and Christmas afternoon/evening with in laws.

We'll have traditional food. Turkey, ham, corn, green beans, sweet taters, noodles, homemade yeast rolls-yummy-and every desert imaginable.

My family and dh's family come from southern roots, so our food is pretty tradtional.

You know, I think this is the first time I've posted on here without 5 or 6 other females chatting along. It's kind of weird, but in a good way. This thread can use a testosterone boost now and again. :lmao:

Hey, join the gang, I was just saying I don't think I've posted here with just one other person, but it was kinda cool.

Always room for another though!

We're not alone anymore, so we better behave now :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I have more presents to wrap, but I'm just too tired. I also have some gifts for a few co-workers and I still have to wrap those and write in the cards. I'll do it in a few minutes. What are you talking about tonight? :goodvibes

We were talking about what we have to do before Christmas and what yummy foods we'll have. :thumbsup2
