Like I have Motrin 800 for when I am PMSing and as my GYNO explained it is to take "the edge off" and it does....

Valium has also been mentioned....ahhh....did not even think of the fact someone may need to be on something for a while in order to have it work properly.

My Dad is on something called zoloft and when he first went on it..he was told 6-8 weeks before you notice and the people around you notice.

MD gave my mom something called ATIVAN... she was literally SNOWED for an entire weekend....we had to change things up...this was summer of 2005...My bro leaving for IRAQ and just my mom in such an emotional state...crying all the time...

I get a really rapid heart rate...about 180 beats per minute and can't catch my breath. It hasn't happened for a while, though.

Sorry to hear that Karen...some friends are so exhausting.

Everyday is Christmas here He gets whatever he wants...and the WDW trip in September was our big gift to each other for the year. And if we get to go the beach that will be for him too. No complaints though he is a sweetie 99.5% of the time and spoils me.

It really is awesome and ya, I suppose you could take FOUR (200) motrins but there is something about all 800 mil being in one pill...for me it is my miracle little drug during THAT time.

No kidding...can you see me, I am a mess in the waiting area...they let me board and I am zonked the entire trip and come home remembering NOTHING.....

But I will def "sample" whatever it is one day before I leave...with my luck I will break out into HIVES or something....

Nic...your DH sounds like a sweetie...and DH and I have done gift giving like you do all our marriage...basically a trip here or there WHENEVER and then when it comes time for a bday or a-day we say...that trip was for that....

WELLLLL people, I am tired from the weekend so I am "hitting the hay" early!!!
