The Mad Chatters thread Part 12

Is anybody around??!! HOLA chatters! Today is shaping up to be a fine day! It's about 60* and clear! Thus, my boys were VERY motivated to hurry up and get school done and now they are outside playing. I don't know what sort of global impact this weather has...but I for one am loving the mild winter! It's been so nice! Also today is a good day because I spent about an hour digging into my "what should we do on vacation" dream. I am so excited....it will be a Disney vacation. I just don't know if it will be land or sea or both or CA or FL??!! And you know what? This is my favorite problem to work out each year!

Hi Jay! I'm doing the same thing as you. I'm hoping to go to WDW around next Christmas depending on what DH's Christmas vacation from school is.

It's sooooo hard to wait to see what days he'll be off! It's killing me!

Plus Tuesday he has a meeting and should find out if he'll be full time next year (he's half time now). If he is, we might upgrade to WL instead of POR!! ANd add some other stuff too!

The wait is killing me!!

UGH...June . I hope to know this month....but they are good at changing the schedules at the last minute and messing everything up

And I am waiting to see when you are going!

Jay, we looked into CA, there is SO much to see and do there near DL! But since you take nice long vacations, you should be able to catch a lot of it. I'd love to see the tide pools. I just think that'd be neat. OR you could go to WDW whenever Joker goes, 'cause I'm stalking her and going then...............and then we could meet up!!!!!

Sarah, sometimes it seems they take forever with those calendars. But June is a nice time...........we've gone then twice.

I would love to go to CA...I bought all the travel books last year hoping we would make it there this year...but that doesn't look like it will happen. Oh well.....I agree Paige I would love to see the tidal pools...

Yep, grades K-5 right now and it will be K-6 in 2008-2009. The schools are all getting brand new buildings by then. he loves it, but wants to teach High school some day.

We met when we were 16 when we both starting working at Toys R Us
We didn't start dating until 2 years later. The rest of the story you have to wait for when you get my letter!!

2007 or 2008?

I want to go sometime this year, hopefully Christmas time for something new. We're supposed to go to NC with my parents in July (I get to go to the Cabbage Patch Kids Hospital!!! ). So I was thinking August again (yuck!), but since we're taking a week in July I'm hoping we can wait til christmas to go back to WDW.

Especially if DH goes FT. then we can spend more money!!

That made a big difference on the price of our last trip.

I wish we could go off season

Free dining is why I'm still considering August. But if DH goes FT we can afford to pay for it in December

We did the DP in January and it was awesome!!
