It is pricey...but I am looking foward to a vacation that dh will enjoy..LOL He would like the parasailing (WOO HOO so would I) and the dolphin swims and the tours might even make him happy. Also the wave runners...stuff like that. I think we could really make it worth it. However, it's a large chunk of change. :confused3

You usually go for longer than a week, right??? I think it would be fun to try that stuff AND go to the parks. :thumbsup2

Sorry I am so slow...I keep getting bumped tonight. Dh is working on getting his laptop connected to the router...whenever he does something it kicks me off...ugh.

But...I LOVE AWANA! Growing up I did Awana! I loved it!! Do your girls like it?

ICK:eek: Stomach bug...I try to avoid those like the plague! That is the worst way to be sick (at least to me).

My girls love AWANA, infact my older DD is going to Bible Quiz in February. We would love to have an AWANA camp close to us so the girls could go in the summer, but the closest one is in Delaware. So, I found a Christian camp close by that I went to when I was little (and they are still operating) and both girls are going there this summer. Taylor (older DD) went there last summer and Emily wants to go this year too. Not AWANA camp, but close.

That is so cool that you did AWANA, DH and I are both leaders. DH actually is the director in 3rd & 4th grade boys.

Paige, Jay are you still around? Or have you guys gone off and left me and Trisha?

Trisha, are you thinking about doing the Premium Platinum Plan? It is some package, but I think it is too much stuff for my family that we wouldn't even use.
I think all of the tickets are included...but nothing is very clear. I think I will have to call Disney.

I could see our days going something like this

Go to MK eat at CIndy's before it opens. Then do one of the tours at MK in the morning. Eat lunch at MK and then head to the Contemp and go parasailing and rent wave runners. Then clean up and eat dinner at the Cali Grill while watching the fireworks.

Go to MK eat at Crystal Palace early. Spend the morning doing our favorite stuff at MK. Eat lunch with Cindy. Take another family tour at MK. Eat dinner at LTT. More MK time. Watch Wishes from the saved viewing spot.

Stuff like that. We would ahve to pack a lot into each day to make it worth it...but dh is not a big park guy...so it would make him VERY happy! ;)

Hey guys here is a picture of me and my girls at the Perfectly Princess Tea Party (a once in a lifetime event, pricey but great for one time deal). We had a great Mommy & Me day there.

I'm thinking of adding it to my siggy.

I was a Cubbies leader during college!! I did AWANA all the way up through high school! It was great!

That is a great pic, Mary!!!! It sounds like you and the girls had fun, too! I  the tiaras. Add it to your siggy! :thumbsup2

Thank you, they are my pride and joy. Taylor is very bright and excels tremendously in school. Emily tries very hard, but has the sweetest smile that melts anyone.

:goodvibes How sweet...I had my DD 8 months ago and I love her to pieces. I can hardly wait until she's old enough to play with barbie dolls. I'll get to relive my childhood.

What a sweet picture!! WOW!! Did your girls love it? I would love to hear all about it sometime!!

I need to run. Dh needs to turn the router off for an extended period...your guess is as good as mine as to what that means! :confused3 ;) Thanks for the help in tracking down the info! :thumbsup2 Take care! :goodvibes

Oh they loved the party. But I made the mistake of not getting Emily some breakfast that day, because the Tea was at 10:30, so I thought we were having a light brunch, they brought out Heart Shaped PB&J tea sandwiches. Poor Emily just kept saying that she didn't want PB&J for breakfast, or any sandwich for that matter. It totally frustrated her.

Barbies have taken over Emily's room from time to time. Just wait until she sees the American Girl Dolls. That is a whole other ball game.

I LOVE having a boy, but I want a girl just to buy AG stuff!!! :lmao:

Taylor has 3 (Kit, Jess, and a Today doll), Emily has 2 (Nellie, and Emily) and they both also have Bitty Baby (which is my favorite). They get them from Santa, then Nana buys the clothes every year.
