Hey Pixie! I noticed the A Christmas Story pic in your siggy. They just reopened the original house here in Cleveland. A developer bought it and ripped out the insides and then built it to match the movie house (the original house was nothing like the movie house on the inside).

I've been busy and I was really sick with a sinus infection for about 10 days.

I haven't had time to come by.

But I'm here now, so what's new?

I've been busy and I was really sick with a sinus infection for about 10 days.

I haven't had time to come by.

But I'm here now, so what's new?

Dh is sicker, have you been around since that? He's got more cirrhosis, the autoimmune hasn't slowed down (in fact, its sped up), and he now has non alcoholic steatic hepatitis as well. We've had to make lots of dietary changes around here because of it and I'm losing weight. We just found out today he has high cholesterol too, and will need another med for that. Not such a surprise though as it's common with NASH. He seems to have not yet developed the diabetes that often goes with it, though.

And thats why I love you Paige......just the usual with the in-laws and their ability to enrage me...and then I get mad and react and I feel bad for saying mean things to DH about them....I don't want him to think I hold my bad feelings towards them against him. I love him so much and have to learn to hold my tongue better so I don't make him feel bad about them...

No, because of the NASH, it can't be fixed alone that way. He has to have meds for it.
