For all the conservatives who have been looking out at the CB and wondering who I'm going to hate and blame come January 20th...

I don't hate George Bush. I hate some of his policies, and what they've done to this country, and will be glad when he's no longer President.

But y'all have been blaming Bill Clinton for everything that's gone wrong in over the past 8 years. So from your example I guess we'll keep blaming Bush, won't we?

The conservatives hate Obama because they know he's smart, and wise. They feel threatened by the Democratic party because they know Obama and his cabinet will bring about change that is good for the country, but maybe not so much for their selfish wants.

I guess the best analogy I can come up with regarding the continued attacks on Obama (who isn't even president yet) would be that of a guard dog who gets very little attention from his master. His master treats him poorly which causes the dog to become mean. The dog is not happy and attacks anyone who crosses his path. Meaness breeds hate and fear. When I see dogs like this, I feel sorry for them.

blaming democrats.... blaming republicans.... you know who I blame for the mess we're in? Zachary Taylor and the Whig party (I hate those Whigs so much!) Ever since that 1848 election when the Whig party won.....

I don't hate Bush, but I do hate some of his policies, and the direction he's taken our great country.

It is so true that Clinton is blamed for everything, but I've noticed a pattern. If something good happens under a Republican President, they get the credit. If something bad happens, it must have been the Democrats.
