Did I tell you he was at AKL when we were there in late December? I woke up from a nap at the pool to hear him yelling at his kids across the pool. And yes, he was in swim trunks . It made me feel so good that even TV stars yell at their kids across the pool .

May I say - that I find the commenting on the spouses (the ones that aren't public figures) a bit misogynistic?

Am I being too sensitive or too politically correct?

I'll be the first to admit - Bill is ok to comment on - as his status as former president - but the spouses of the rest of the candidates are really not public figures. And I'll caveat that by saying - unless they start taking an active role in the campaign? Then maybe they become a public figure then?

I still am holding a grudge on what "they" did to Teresa Heinz Kerry......

I think they are public figures already. Bill is as much fair game as the rest--though being a past President, he gets more press. I do think sometimes too much interest is placed on the spouses of the candidates. They're not the ones who'd be POTUS.
