LOL, Jennifer. The ones doing the second guessing got scolded. Then I told them all what all of you said about while the policeman and the fireman were arguing, the nurse got it done, and they thought that was hilarious. Then to come home and get flowers (I thought at first they were from the nursing home) from all my YaYa sisters and bother was a perfect ending. Thank you all! And no, I'm not changing my username, and which of you pranksters was the poet on this one? As soon as I started to read the poem, I knew who the flowers were from! And by the way, the florist thinks you all are pretty cool!

Well, if the truth be told, I don't really have anything against Elaine. It's HIM I'm uh.... having issues with. Ya think the guy could've been a little more discreet last night, but noooo... instead he waltzes in here right in front of me asking to talk with her privately!!!!! What a putz! ALTHOUGH.... I do think our little angel could've.... ummm... maybe TRIED to resist him. He didn't exactly have to drag her off last night did he? Oh well... what do I care.

Actually, school is on a 2 hour delay tomorrow, and DH has been threatened within an inch of his life if he even breathes too loud tomorrow am.

I haven't had time to read pages 93-103, so forgive me for being out of touch. Just got back from The Olive Garden with the teens. Sweeties took dear old old mom out. DS even drove me.

Sorry I haven't been in touch much but the days have been busy and last night was just one of those nights when things just blended from one time to another. Not much time to even go to the potty. The kids have been great.

Well, I did have an affect on at least one student today. Does throwing up in the middle of class count as affecting a students life? I was explaining a worksheet and the girl in the middle of the room just sat in her chair and turned her head and hurled. Oh my gosh, she hurled around 5 feet. I just happened to be looking at her when it happened. I had another student escort her to the nurse. I had to take care of all the boys and their sly comments. Can you believe that the girl came back to class and stayed. She didn't want to go home. This happened about 20 minutes before lunch. So I ate light today. Anyway, I guess that means that I am a great teacher if a student would rather come back to class rather than go home. (Actually, the nurse called mom and mom couldn't believe it either) I checked on her later and she was fine. Just hope that I don't affect other students like this often.
