Well, I'm calling it a night. Kinda early for me, but the meds have kicked in & I'm off to la-la land. We're headed to a ski lodge next? Cool! I'm guessing we have a big fireplace in there too. Kinda like the one in WL, but wider.

BTW Jeannie, I think the song needs a bit of tweaking. I personally do not have the same hobby as all of you ladies (thankfully!!!).

I am not sure about anything regarding the resistance training yet....as Scarlet says, "I'll think about it tomorrow" . I really have had all I can handle making so many changes over the past few weeks...diet, exercise, mind set.....next goal is adding the weights! But LATER...that one would push me over the edge right now!!!
