Luis is upstairs sleeping and I might go back up to play with my Palm a little more just because I can. I really like today

Today I am thankful for meeting all you wonderful friends. You all bring so much joy and laughter to my life. You are thoughtful, kind and loving, and I can't imagine what it would be like not to have all of you in my life.

And if you don't mind, a special thanks for finding my "sister" Beth this year. I always wished I had a sister, especially after losing mom at the age of 14. Well, it took a while, but I finally have a loving, fun sister to share my life with.

Yes, today I am truly blessed and thankful.

I'm not so good at public gushing, the famous British stiff upper lip and all that, but I had to share this with you all. It might by the Thanksgiving for you guys but it's me who's doing the thanking today for Nancy's giving.
You should see the parcel that's just arrived!!!!!!! Chocolate coming out of my ears, magnets, a skating snowman, socks, books, a Mickey antenna topper, Dis badges (can't wait to see Roland's face when he sees his!) and LOADS of Chrissy pressies!!! And a Christmas gherkin! I can't wait to show my German friends! So here it is a BIG public THANKYOU Nancy, from the bottom of my heart!

Hi Jennifer! I'm meeting Tiggerlover tomorrow morning. I took some German goodies to the hotel this morning and it's so lovely. I wish I were staying there - it's a 19th century tobacco barn. All nooks and crannies, little windows, dark furniture and dried flowers. I loved it!

Ok. Well, I don't what I just did. I had a nice big long ketchup post all typed out. I hit something and POOF...it disappeared. What the $#%@ did I hit?!?!? Gads!!! Crap! ARGH!!!!

Geez! I can't even remember what I had down now.

Well anyhoo.... Yesterday was a lot of fun. We took Cam to the chiro. for a little adjustment, went to lunch, then the guys basically followed me everywhere while I did a little shopping. The best bargain of the day was two pair of shoes! Regularly priced, my total was 105.00+ but I got 15.00 off one pair and 29.00 off the other pair, PLUS had a 25.00 credit on my account, soooo... in the end, I only had to pay about 39.00 for my two pair of shoes. Not bad! One pair was even another little pair of black boots. Now I just need to go back sometime and get the pair of tan leather/fringed stiletto heeled boots I decided I could live without. I'm thinking though, that perhaps I CAN'T live without them after all.

I'll check in later...maybe you'll be around Nancy and beth and Elaine and I can get a rousing game of pick on Kimmie going

Well shoot!!! I missed it!! That'll teach me to bake cherry crumble thingies, have dinner with the inlaws and watch Cameron play Ultimate Ride. Oh. I snuck in a movie too. Oceans Eleven. Ummm... are George and Brad cabana boys yet? They really need to be ya know? Not that I want them or anything... I'm perfectly happy with who I have, but they would certainly look nice lounging by the pool or something.

Ummm... Beth? Thank you m'dear. I know you meant well and all, but... well... oh dear... how do I say this? Well.... your caterpillar guy is, uh... Well, see..... now I know some of you just don't think my cute little critter caterpillar sweetie is all that, but ya gotta admit, he's better than that dude. BUT.... if ya'll really do prefer him, I suppose I could take mine out of my sig and put the new guy in. So.... should Jeannie add him to the cabana gallery? Who would like to share him with me? Beth? I hate to keep him all to myself... you found him after all... the least I can do is share!
