Just warning everyone to get out the earplugs and watch the sky for fireworks. I just told SIL by IM that we will not be here the weekend after Christmas when SHE and the FAMILY have set up time for us to all get together. Apparently we werent asked yet again. SURPRISE we WONT BE HERE! My ILs knew we were almost assuredly going away. I said it was a bit iffy because of cost but I never said we canceled it. She must not be at her computer because she hasnt messaged me back yet. You will know when she does because there is assuredly going to be a BIG BANG LOL

As for the tags...I tried to view the HTML source so I could copy-paste, but realized I wasn't quite bright enough to go all the way with this plan...so I did it the "old-fashioned" way and reconstructed it, observing the color, the font size, and the spacing.

Well, I am home and just want to check in. Haven't even tried to catch up but will soon.

We had a lovely time. Had an unexpected adventure with the lack of electricity the first night but what the heck, the Pilgrims didn't have electric either. We made the best of it.

Well I heard back and it went a lot better than I expected actually. I thought she was going to be mad but they are actually working with us on the timing and the date!! Wooooo Hoooooo. We may go up a lot later in that day than we had expected to so that we can see them on the 28th. I was so sweating her reaction because she was not happy about us going away for Thanksgiving and told me as much at a family function.
