Just applying for jobs. Bleh.
Good luck. I hope that you hear back from some of those interviews with good news soon!
Just applying for jobs. Bleh.
I applied for a couple of local jobs with the Disney company and plan on applying for something in Florida closer to the end of the year. I'm hoping something works out soon, because this is ridiculous.
It's five months now and everyone tells me that after six months of unemployment, you're more likely to be passed over for a job. So... Yeah. It's only 5:00!

I have been cleaning a house. I started at 8 and got home at a little after 3. I have a ways to go. I hope to get the hallway, the hall closet, laundry room, master bed, bath and closet. That would leave the kitchen for weds. And the windows outside. About a 3 day job as it is a move out clean.
How was the bike ride?
Sometimes I wish I had the freedom to just go and do things that would help me lose weight. But there are unfortunately time in relationships (and the weather) which keep you tied to home and computers. I get in trouble for that too, but less than if I decided to take off for a walk or bike ride on my own! It's five months now and everyone tells me that after six months of unemployment, you're more likely to be passed over for a job. I was wondering what that thread you mentioned was about. Now I know.
I saw one a different one that PIO referred to and now have questions for her. I know why bring this up, because it was a thread quickly mentioned but I had no idea what it was or where it was but stumbled into it.
Weather is a big challenge, and fitting in time can be too.
Up to take the trash out. I forgot and now that I'm redressed and wishing I was in bed, I hope I don't make this mistake again next week.
