Hello everyone, Dana how was your interview? How are you skiingfast?

It went well. It turns out the head of the department is a huge Disney fan So I should hear back about that next week. I also got a call for another interview tomorrow at another hospital, this one for a CNA position. That one's also only a mile and a half from my house, so I could easily ride my bike there until the weather turns, maybe lose a little weight.

Oh, and regarding weight? Either my scale is messed up or the one at Planned Parenthood is. I went there yesterday for my annual and their scale said I was 30 pounds less than the scale I have here at home... Which I'd just been on the day before. So... Not sure if I should believe one scale or the other or split the difference

Well thats good to hear. Scales are so different. Its like you need to stick with the same scale for weighing in. It seems so quiet tonight.

I honestly think I'm going to go with the scale at Planned Parenthood, since theirs have to be calibrated and stuff and mine's just a crappy $10 scale from Walgreens.

But yeah, at the job I interviewed for today, it would be temporary (aka registry), with no benefits unless a full time position opens up and they offer it to me. It's not even part time. The job at the other hospital (the one closet to my house) is full time, benefits, everything.

So evidently Kim's mother had surgery for an 80% blockage of her coronary artery. Kim has been taking care of her mother since early July. I'm guessing something happened when her mother came to visit for a graduation.

Her mother went home last week, but now wishes she stayed in Kim's good care.
