The Ingredients for Pixie Dust, a June 2010 TR - 10/2 DIsney Halloween PTR started!

I do think we have some Top of the World Club pictures to share and a few of the Main Street Electrical Parade too. I'm sure MeMom does too!:cutie:

I liked Tutto a lot... and for you someone who has been to Italy to like it is great!

What a nice relaxing EPCOT evening... can't wait for the next update!

Tutto's sounds like a wonderful choice for your evening meal at Epcot...reading your description of it has made me glad we included this one.

I love the boy's soccer jerseys and how awesome that you guys have been able to visit Italy so often.

Sounds like a perfect end to your day

So sorry you got it from the heat on your DHS day....
Still you had fun and got to laugh at my green underwear guy!
WCC looked good and we need to make it back there!
Yay for the stick horses!

What flavor do you recommend?

Oh and I can't wait for your BCV/SAB updates. I booked YC for the NCTE conference on Thursday. It was approved by my principal and he urged us to book our hotel ASAP. I hope it's warm enough in November for an afternoon visit to SAB.

Blood Orange -- if you like a little sweetness to it -- I also read about a few flavors on SoonerGirls thread.... Tracy had one -- someone had something passionfruit looked good!

We go with the classic -- it was $12.50 that is all I know so it better have been good and it didn't disapoint! :thumbsup2

I got some great pool pics at SAB. We had SOOOOOOOo much fun there.

It was warm enough in December -- the pool is heated at that point -- I bet you'll be fine! Is it mid-Nov?

All caught up!
We didn't miss riding the Cotton Ball either, just can't miss it!
Tutto is wonderful isn't it? The boys jerseys were perfect!
Baylor has become quite a fan! We will need to get a ressie say next December so he can talk soccer with the staff over there!

Your boys are too cute! I love the soccer jerseys.
Dinner at Tutto sounds great, especially the wine. Definitely need to try Tutto soon. Have you ever added the wine option to the dining plan? I wonder if it's worth it. I'm considering it.

Thanks! We knew we would get a few years on each boy for wearing them, so the ticket price was easier to stomach. They are not cheap!

Tuttos was really quite good. Never thought to do the wine/beer addition, because I never know what I want one day to the next -- cocktails or wine...

Very cool that you have been to Italy so many times. I enjoy seeing people have a passion for something, since I can relate the their good feelings because of Disney passion. What great experiences for your boys, too.

We are fortunate to have had the chance to take them. Oh I share that same Disney love, MeMom! I must say I get it! But I love how much you are able to bring it into your daily day - to - day. that impresses me. The kids have enjoyed all our travels. Even those in our back yard :)

I bet the soccer shirts were a big hit in that restaurant! We have not eaten there. We need to do so. I did walk into the lobby and take a picture or two this trip. There were two men sitting in there and one of the CM's asked if they could help them. One of them said, "We're thinking about it. We'll let you know if we want to eat here!" He said it loudly, so I don't know if he had a hearing problem, talked loudly on a regular basis, or was just being obnoxious. I took my pictures and walked on. :)

What an odd story??!! Food was great. The soccer shirts were definitely a good ice breaker!

Three restaurants twice? I will look forward to seeing which ones it is that you love so much.

This is all my DH's doing... trust me! :rotfl:

All caught up! I love Tutto as well. My only "complaint" would be that they really pack the tables close together- especially the tables for two along the wall. A little close quarters for my taste. But oh the food. And the Italian margarita. Oh and the waiters... ;)

Oh yes, I could see that table crunch being a concern, I hate that too... I notice it in certain areas, same with Chef's in some parts of the restaurant...

Italian Margarita I saw that -- but then we went with the wine... YOU would like this I guarantee it! Waiters.... well, they ARE Italian. Everone is beautiful in Italy. It is genetic.

Your boys are just adorable. I still love the pixie dust story. Makes a whole lot more sense now that we know about the wine. :lmao:

Shhhhh you!!!! :rotfl: It was a cute story, I smile everytime I see those photos! :goodvibes

What did you think of the KP mission in Germany? That's the only one I've done and thought it was cute. As KP experts, which country would you say is your favorite?

Oh, I totally agree on the kiosk in Mexico having better food than the cantina ever did! I'm looking forward to seeing what the new restaurant will be like. I have high hopes!

They liked the one in Germany! It was cute, the one I think we were mosted impressed with was England, and then Japan -- France too!

I hope the new place is good as well! The kiosk food was great.

What a nice relaxing EPCOT evening... can't wait for the next update!

I have eaten some "die for" meals in Italy. Like never before experienced meals. BUT I think Tutto had a great feel, good quality, and subtle touches that just reminded me of Italian restaurants. The small things, really.

It was a nice evening, and that is how we did KP. Always in the evening, made it more enjoyable for everyone.... I did one with the boys in the afternoon -- HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT. :cool2:

After we get back from the pool I will update!

I wasn't even subscribed! Just call me slacker friend.

No no no, not that!!!

Working on getting caught up!
First of all you are so welcome for the Toy Story bandz!
Love the boys waving at the parade!:goodvibes
Space Mtn is scary!

They really like them -- wearing them at the pool right now!
Yeah that made me smile... first time -- there is hope for character meets yet!!

Wait until you see his response to Everest... :lmao:

I do think we have some Top of the World Club pictures to share and a few of the Main Street Electrical Parade too. I'm sure MeMom does too!:cutie:

Oh goody! I can't wait to see those!!!

Yay for the stick horses!

Well it was a hot day, and we had only started to get used to it I guess. He was a hoot!!!

WCC was really really a fun dinner I LOVE ME A GOOD MILKSHAKE!!!! Beaches and Cream did NOT disapoint!!!!

All caught up!
We didn't miss riding the Cotton Ball either, just can't miss it!
Tutto is wonderful isn't it? The boys jerseys were perfect!
Baylor has become quite a fan! We will need to get a ressie say next December so he can talk soccer with the staff over there!

I am glad  Yes, we went a second time -- but only for wine and dessert... more on that later !!! :rotfl:

Yes well he will probably like that chance and can probably say something about the game! US, welll.....

Oh yes! I think you will love it!

I am excited for you -- your first trip, right? Am I reading your ticker correctly?

It was a fun evening, and we made it back to see the Nightastic fireworks from the top of BLT. So that really capped the evening off right!

I'll post that bit tonight. OFF to the pool now!!! :cool2:

Oh, that sparkling wine at Tutto's sounds yummy and I love the shot of the German knights. :lmao:

How I love that pixie dust moment!!! :lovestruc

Yeah those German knights. WHAT was I thinking??!! The wine was fabulous. VERY good. DH and I were quite happy with it!

OMG Jackie is still up? Can't sleep?????? I can't imagine why.

I'm allowed, it's LATE for the rest of you!

Great update! I love the jerseys. We actually saw a Roma v. Firenza game when we were in Florence in '06. I was wearing an orange and white striped shirt. I had NO idea those were Roma's colors! The orange and white in a sea of purple...not good!

ITA about the quality for the price, I need to spring for some more for the E's, they live in what they have but ouch they are pricey. They've outgrown all the cheap ones! Too bad, I'd have them wear them to Tutto when we go NEXT MONTH!

I can imagine it made for great convo. We've got some soccer dorks with us, I may suggest Jeff wears his Firenza shirt! I won't wear my Germany one though. :rotfl:

MNNN Panna Cotta...one of my favorite desserts to make for a party. And eat!

What a fun night, and a pixie dusted bum....I still love it.

SO back at BLT, with kids changed and ready to see some fireworks, we took the elevator to the 16th floor!
First let me say I don't have an extraordinary camera. I got a really nice new camera for my Birthday, a Cannon, but I am sure it is not desiged to take amazo photos from a far away roof top! Too much ambient light I think... BUT I still had fun trying!!!

That night there was not any music on the patio... not sure if there was supposed to me, I assumed there would be, but we could sorta hear it from the Cali Grill roof top viewing area...

Here are the boys waiting for the elevator down... DS5 had insisted on bringing his "favorite" toy (of THE HOUR) with him.. it was one of the Target $3.00 sand toy specials that I had bought for the beach bag goody bag. I didn't do separate bags, just put everything from puzzles to candy to books and sand toys in that nifty Crate and Barrel bag I bought and handed it to them! They were very excited, what with candy and all, but DS5 really liked this sand sifter!!!

Here are they guys back to the room and ready for a good night's sleep! We were going to be hanging out with the animals the next morning!

DAY FOUR RECAP!

DAY FOUR - EPCOT Morning and EPCOT Evening

1. We got to Epcot pretty early, enjoyed a few rides, grabbed a few FPs, and discoverd that the Mexico kiosk had some good QS meals!

2. Lunch was QS on the DDP, and we enjoyed some OOP espresso slushies earlier in the morning... I LOVE that espresso Kiosk right next to Mission Space! The kids had snack credit slushies and popcorn!

3. Dinner was TUTTO'S!!! VERY GOOD!!! We used a DDP TS dinner for all of us, and our TIW for wine!!!

4. An Epcot evening was perfect for KP Missions! Not too hot, and of course the World Show Case is beautiful at night!

HIGHLIGHT: Tutto Italia for sure, discovering that fab wine, and of course my little Man's Pixie Dust story...

CHALLENGE: Dealing with a really slow line at Test Track -- not something we have to deal wth very often, but it was a drag!

OUR FIRST DAY at THE ANIMAL KINGDOM COMING UP!!!!

HI!!!! Well first let me say welcome home I hope you had a fabulous trip, too! I think you had the chance to meet WigD and MeMom, yes??!! LUCKY duck! WigD and Shocker are reason enough to go back to Disney!! So much fun!:thumbsup2 And I am sorry that we didn't get to meet up -- I had gotten so side tracked with being there, that I didn't think about meets fast enough ! :sad2:

I am looking forward to your TR, too!!!! :yay:

Thanks, we had an amazing trip! I did get to meet MeMom, Jill, John, and their beautiful girls but sadly did not get to meet WigD and Shocker. We left the 2nd and they arrived the 3rd, I believe. I was sad for sure!:sad2: It was wonderful meeting the others though!!:goodvibes

I'm sorry too that we didn't get to meet up. It just seemed that we were either going or crashed! Seems like after so many trips we'd have more "down" time but it never works out that way! I think if you plan meets before you go it's easier to stick to them- maybe? Will you guys be going again next summer??

I really liked your DHS night pictures. Seems like the only time I'm there at night is when I am leaving Fantasmic! Also loved that sunset shot in Epcot-so pretty! Bummer about the long wait on TT. My crew always hits it first thing while I get FP's for Soarin'.

We did KP during the day-NEVER again! It was soooooo hot!! Do you know if there is a way to get to do a mission in a specific country? Now that we've done a few, I don't want to do the same ones over again.

I am hoping to get my TR started. I've been having problems with photobucket but I think I got it all worked out today. Looking forward to more of yours!!

I've been a little behind on my TR reading, but just caught up. Great updates.

I love that you had a date night at Narcoosee's with sleeping boys! How convenient!

Cool fireworks pictures! I like the ones that show the whole area...it's impressive how the fireworks seem to be covering the whole MK!

Sounds like you had a great dinner at Tutto Italia! That's cool that the boys could use some Italian with the waiters. Also, super cool that you've been to (the real) Italy so many times! We love it...went there for our honeymoon 5 years ago (and DH had been twice before he met me). What a great place and I'd love to go back!

Looking forward to more!

The fireworks look great. That lounge/viewing area is a big selling point for BLT!

Looking forward to hearing about your AK day!
