Hi all.

This is a very quick flyby (on my broom, of course) because I've got to get back to work here. Just wanted you to know I haven't forgotten all of you and hope to be back soon.

PK, way to go, you keep it up. I've dropped 3 lbs myself. My goal was 5 by the end of July (going to Las Vegas) so I'm already halfway there. I don't have Javier. I've got Andy, my little dog, who is walking me every night. I hate it, but I'm doing it.

A benny is a person from ny or north jersey who "descends" on south jersey in the summer. We are much hated by the locals (although since I've had a house in south jersey for 26 years and go every week I don't know what do call myself ).

Yes that's exactly what I look like, because my mouth is open because I'm trying to suck in as much oxygen as possible. And if my teeth get larger, it's simply because there's no spittal as I'm completely dehydrated.

Oh, and I'm a Benny too (Bayonne, Elizabeth, Newark and New York). Yes, we are thought to swarm likes flies on crap to the NJ shore each summer.
