I haven’t read a recent report of having a sofa bed at BWV, so I’m hoping they already did. I just can’t confirm that, though.Do we know if they will ever change the few couches to murphies?

Tks!No 2 bedrooms have Village Green view. Sorry.
Thanks, that’s helpful. I actually looked at that chart earlier today as saw it referenced elsewhere (probably by you, and have now saved that link!) What I didn’t notice was that the 1 BR’s on that corner are considered BW View so can’t connect to the VG P/G studios next door. I probably ask this same question every 5 years or so. We always work hard to get our beloved Boardwalk view, but every so often I have guests that can only get P/G view. Hopefully I’ll now remember this next time it comes up!No, sorry, it’s a row of dedicated studios with a single 1BR on the corner above the Screen Door.
Here’s a diagram created some years ago - https://www.disboards.com/media/bwv-courtyard-preferred-view.62897/

Those 1BR were originally BW view, as were the studios on that side. However, after complaints from guests (including us) that the view from that side of the building was only a partial BW view, they made them P/G view, and now they're highly desirable because they're a partial BW view! Thanks, that’s helpful. And here's the link to drusba's post containing links to all of those charts - https://www.disboards.com/threads/bwv-room-view-and-number-maps.3794835/. Shamus and WebmasterDoc worked hard on them, and their work shouldn't be lost!

My experience with P/G view leads me to these suggestions:Just booked a Boardwalk 1 bedroom garden/pool view for next March (hooray for availability at 7 months!). Any favorite rooms/areas that you'd recommend?
It will be our first time in many trips staying in the Crescent Lake area and I cannot wait!
Glad I saw this note. I won’t be booking until Oct 1st but want preferred to be closer to the elevators since my sister will have a stroller and I’ll have a scooter. My experience with P/G view leads me to these suggestions:
If you don’t mind loud noise from pool activities during afternoon nap time, request View of Luna Park. Those villas are closer to the elevators than the alternative.
The alternative is View of Quiet Pool, which is quiet in the afternoons but farther from the elevators. OTOH, those rooms are a shorter walk to DHS!
Or, if you want to take your chances, request View of Village Green. There are only four 1BR villas with that view, which is a partial BW view.
I always ask for High Floor.
Enjoy your visit!
There are a lot of 1BR facing Luna Park, so you have a good chance of success - just not a guarantee. See map here: https://www.wdwinfo.com/maps/BoardWalkMap.pdf.Glad I saw this note. We’ll be getting a 2 bedroom and dditional studio for my parents. We figure we probably won’t be near each other. I initially thought about getting boardwalk view for all but realized they are nowhere near the elevators, but it might work for my parents. I know my mom would love the view but not sure about the noise level. There are a lot of 1BR facing Luna Park, so you have a good chance of success - just not a guarantee. Thanks for your thoughts! No small people in our group (kid will be 16) so not worried about nap time. I was leaning toward just a high floor + near lobby request to be near as much as possible. My experience with P/G view leads me to these suggestions:

LOL, I was the one whose afternoon naps were ruined by pool noise! No small people in our group (kid will be 16) so not worried about nap time.

Our room overlooks the pool and so far the noise is not an issue. My experience with P/G view leads me to these suggestions:

Hopefully someone can validate, but I believe in the video I watched of a renovated room, there was a combo machine - part Keurig and part regular drip. So I think the answer is both!Hi.
In a one bedroom, is there a regular coffee maker or Kureig.
Thank you.
same!Last two renovated one-bedrooms I was at in (most recently in June) both had the combo machine.
