:wave2::tinker::welcome:
Do you like my title? :rotfl: I couldn't think of one!! Because my other two cruises were on the Wonder, and this one's on the Dream!

So, I'm guessing I should introduce The Cast:

Me::dancer: I'm Sam! :wave2: I'm fifteen years old, but that doesn't mean I'll be at Vibe until 2AM, or that I spend hours on my cell phone...in fact, I don't even own a cell phone! xD I'm a theater/music geek currently playing Madame de la Grand Bouche (AKA the Wardrobe) in Beauty and the Beast. I run my own business as a facepainter. I'm smart (my GPA is 4.39), I think, and I'm not your average teenage girl. I may be a little hyperactive when I get excited (who doesn't get excited about a Disney cruise?!?), but I can be pretty wise. I've been to WDW 5 or 6 times. Anyways, that's enough about me. Here're a few pics:

Mom: :surfweb: Tammye, I won't tell you how old she is *cough*25 years older than me*cough* , secretary and travel agent :D We are homefries! Our plans for this cruise include spa trips and parasailing! I'll call her DM for abbreviation purposes. She's got a diagnosed Disney addiction, and must take a cruise or go to the parks every two years to avoid widthdrawal. :P

Dad: pirate: Name's Mark. Sells cars. Not that into vacationing, but gets into it once we're there. 42 years old, been on both of our cruises and all Disney vacations. Overall happy camper. :) He'll be called DD.

Brother: :cool1: Brandon, age 10. Likes typical boy stuff. Guaranteed to stay in the Lab at ALL TIMES when we cruise. :D He can't wait to check out the Dream! I'll call him DB.

So, as of Sunday, we will have two months to go until vacation! The cruise is technically on the 26th, but we're heading in two days early so we can hit Kennedy Space Center before we cruise. Unfortunately, we don't have the money to go to WDW before :guilty: but we'll have fun anyways!

THE PTR BEGINS...

look forward to hearing more about your Dream event :D Are you going a 4 day or a 3 day? Have fun!

We are officially at 2 weeks until we set sail! For those who were wondering, we are taking a 5-night cruise, so we'll be in the area for a whole week! It's been a really long time since we've vacationed for that long. I can't wait!

Any questions, future Dreamers?

Great start! Can't wait to her how it goes from your perspective. Have fun! Great job on that GPA, keep up the GREAT work!

Merci :)

Is anyone in need of some food porn? I hope there's an Asian buffet this cruise...I'm on a real sushi kick now that I've tried it...:D

Any other picture/info requests?

Alright! We're back!

Actually, we've been back for about a week, but I'm lazy and we had a family emergency to deal with. That's another story. I'm happy to be writing this...we took about 1,000 pictures! I think 1/4 of those may be food porn, too! :goodvibes

So, let's sit back, relax, and enjoy the show for the next...I don't know how long! :rotfl:

Day 1- Flying In/The Radisson

We woke up at a normal time for once this morning! Every other trip, we've had to get up at 4 AM for an early flight. No sir, not this time around! We were out of the house by 8:30, and at breakfast in an hour and a half. Our flight left at 12:30 PM, and pretty much everything from the morning until 3:30 PM was undocumented and uneventful. No delays, a good flight, and a great landing in my future city of residence, Orlando!

You can tell that I didn't take ANY pictures here...:rolleyes1

We picked up our bags and found our driver, Ryan. We used Spaceport Transport as our car service (airport to Radisson, then cruiseport back to airport) this trip, and they were superb! It's a small business with American workers/drivers, and everyone we have encountered with them has been extremely friendly and kind. For paying in cash, we recieved $10 off the price. The car was spacious, clean, and well-kempt. :thumbsup2 for this company!

Here's a video of us on the road.

After about 45 minutes, we made it to the Radisson. I don’t have any pictures of the outside, but it’s PINK. The inside was air-conditioned (:thumbsup2), and pretty open. We checked in and were on our way to our room…or so we thought.

The corridors between the buildings here are tight and pretty annoying. We were in building 3, and it was not that long of a walk, but confusing and hard to find the first time around. We got to our room, and opened the door, only to find…

One king size bed. :scared1:

Remember, there are four of us. Someone messed up, bad! So mom used the phone to call the front desk and have us relocated. We were given room 530 this time, and it had two double beds. Thank goodness. Here’s some pictures…

We settled in, and there really wasn’t anything planned but dinner at Flamingo’s, the onsite restaurant. We thought it would be good food.
NO. Please, DO NOT EAT HERE. Go next door! The quality was crap, presentation was crap, and the price was insanely high…and I had chicken fingers. You can’t screw those up. Anyways, after that we just relaxed and rested. Here, have some more pics of the outside…

This is something next door.

Look, a real palm tree!

End of first day. :D

I think I am going to put a big

NOTE:

I did not participate in any VIBE activities. I am not a normal teenager, and I was busy doing other, more mature things, anything I could do that did not have an 18+ stamp on it. Sorry to anyone who wanted to know about activities there. :rotfl:

There's that, now on to getting all 1000 of my images on Picasa...
