With Anna and Elsa moving to Royal Sommerhus at Epcot in June, Princess Fairytale Hall will continue offering advance FastPass+ selections to meet the princesses through early June. More dates will be available for that timeframe. We look forward to sharing an opening date soon for Royal Sommerhus.

As a reminder, Royal Sommerhus at Epcot will be the new place where Guests can meet Anna and Elsa in person; however, they will continue to visit Magic Kingdom daily to appear in Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade and the upcoming Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire show at Cinderella Castle.

Reactive FAQ:

When will Anna and Elsa relocate to Epcot?

Heh... I thought the post was going to be about a new, paid for, dessert party to meet the characters instead of FP. :D

Thanks. Confirms pretty much what everyone has already been told. Now if we could get confirmation on who will return to PFTH. My bet is it will return to previous arrangement, splitting up Cinderella and Rapunzel, which is why they won't commit to FP past the date

and the scramble will soon begin! i'm assuming i will have to be giving up my soarin' fast pass to get a fast pass for the girls since they will be tier 1. i would hope the ride is not tier 1 also.

lots of scrambling for late june trip people i think with animal kingdom adding the jungle book show too.

Oh, there is a 99.9% chance that it will indeed be Tier 1. I never gamble and I'd bet on that one
I predict they'll move both new Frozen events to Tier 1 and that will open up Living with the Land to be moved to Tier 2.
I think it's currently Tier 1 just because those with little ones too short for Soarin' and Test Track need something.
Since they'll be eligible for at least the M&G (and the ride based on the info online right now) that will give them the Tier 1 choice and Living with the Land won't be needed.

Hmmmm... it's gonna make FP+ choices tricky for us this year at Epcot!

If the new ride, plus the meet are both Tier 1, I'm not sure what we'll do. We've got 2.5 days at Epcot scheduled, but Soarin' is a must do and ideally more than just once on the trip! (TT is fine with the single rider)... hmmmm!

I think the best course of action I can come up with is
Rope Drop Soarin'
Single Rider TT
Day 1 FP Frozen ride
Day 2 FP Meet and Greet

Hopefully, we only need to deal with the M&G once or twice. Not an every trip thing

I know that my DH won't want to do the meet and greet, but I enjoyed meeting both Anna and Elsa so much in 2014 that I wouldn't want to miss them this time, especially as I live in a place called Arundel (pronounced almost identically to Arendelle) and it was a great talking point! I guess I'll have to wait and see what DH fancies! :)

What's Soarin' like at Rope Drop? We always rode with FP+ last time!

No idea. We've never done it ourselves. I suspect many will use the same plan I laid out since TT is really easy single rider, as long as everyone is over 7. So it will probably have more than it used to. We park hop so we may just do Epcot one morning and hop to MK later since we could book Soarin in the morning and then book MK FP and head over there for the rest of the day and still get enough done

I'm planning on them both being Tier 1. I think we'll plan 2 Epcot days, FP the ride, and then my daughter and I will FP M&G, and my son and husband FP Soarin since my daughter is to short anyway. Sad I'll most likely miss it unless we RD it!

If your DD is too short you should be able to get a rider swap for Soarin' so you and your DS can go later

Thanks! We skipped Epcot last time while waiting for Frozen to get there so I wasn't sure if this was a RS option! That will be great!

I may be wrong, as I've never done it but I thought every ride with a height restriction has RS. Hopefully someone will confirm for you

You are right... the Disney website does list it. I didn't see it on TP so I wasn't sure initially.

Anna and Elsa FP and Cindy FP opened back up for MK in June this morning. Tons of time still available the first week

FP+ is available in MK for all 4 princesses through 6/11. None available beginning 6/12.

And this is my first post! :)

I can't believe it - I just logged into MDE and got an A&E FP for the exact time that wanted. I never would have known unless I saw this thread.

Same here! We're going from May 25th - 30th and I could have booked for both the 27th and 30th if I wanted to, a TON of times available! I'm shocked. Thanks DISBoards!
