Will Anna and Elsa still be at the Akershus character meals? Maybe we should use FP for the ride, since we can meet them at breakfast. We will probably do two days at Epcot, but I don't want to feel like we *have* to just to get our Tier 1 FPs.

They have never been at Akershus.
