OOC: At this point I'm going to pretend everyone is there.
Mrs. Hawkins: She got everyone to quiet down and started talking. "Welcome all students! I am Mrs. Hawkins, the dean at this school. As you have probably figured out, this is the student hall. This is where you can all hang out after classes. Anyway, we are here to tell you all the information you need to know about the school. You got the general info in the letter you all should've received when you got accepted. Well I have some more information for you, so pay attention. To my right is Mrs. Karmichael, the German teacher, and to my left is Mr. Marchand, the French teacher. Mrs. Karmichael is the dorm advisor, or DA for the girls and Mr. Marchand is the DA for the boys. If you have any problems, go see one of them or see me. All of the classrooms are located in the class hall. You will eat all of your meals either inside or outside of the commons. You probably know where the dorms are. Inside this student hall is, of course, the lobby we are sitting in and the store where you can buy some snacks for a small price. Don't worry about the money, your parents will pay all of the money you owe at the end of the year when they pick you up for summer break. Now, you're all probably wondering what Beach Bash Day is. The first Saturday each month, we will take a trip to a beach 2 miles away from here and we will spend the day there. All of the students seem to have fun during Beach Bash Day. Actually, there's a Beach Bash Day tomorrow. We'll give more info about Beach Bash Day then. There is also a Ditch Day once a year when we go to the boardwalk a couple miles away from here and let you all do whatever you want. You all should have received your room key. If you lose it, you get a spare one. If you lose your spare key, you will not get another one. So make sure you don't lose it! Also, don't do any permenent damage to your dorms, such as screwing things into the walls, painting them, etcetera. I think that's all of the information I have for you guys. Are there any questions?"
Marley: "Crap," she thought. "Looks like I have to unscrew those shelves and speckle them then."
