What room should I ask for if I want to stay in the Jungle Book Bldg and see the fireworks? Thanks ahead of time experts.

Just wanted to write and say I wrote Disney asking about the non-smoking rooms and they said the following buildings were non-smoking.
2, 3, 6, 7, 9, and 10. and the other buildings were a mix of smoking and non-smoking.
I would double check if you needed if for medical reasons, in case something changes.
Just wanted to pass on what they told me.

There's one on the first page of this thread. It doesn't make sense to me, as the buildings don't see to be numbered that way. That's what they told me, but not sure what buildings they mean.WDW1st-timers said:Okay I know that someone on here has a map to which buildings are which.....could you please post it instead of me spending 2 hours on this thread looking for it.![]()
Thanks!!!!

Oh, sorry about that. My neighbor would need the lifeguards to tell her to stay out of the pool during a lightning storm. She lets her kids (12, 9 & 7) run around outside during storms. Her 9 year old is always coming over to ask my DS to play with him in the rain. When DS tells him he's not allowed, the boy says, "you're mom's too strict".OhMickey said:Sandy,
You did read my post wrong... I wouldn't think of allowing anyone in my family near a swimming pool during a storm. I thought this was common knowledge and I was shocked that Disney had to enforce common sense!

It's nearly impossible to make out the numbers on the map I posted a link to.adisneymama said:Actually they are...it's kinda tricky. Look at the 4 digit room #. For example 3101. The first # 3 is the building #, the second # is the floor the room is on and then the last two are the "room #" in that building. So room 3101 is in building 3 on the first floor. 2201 would be building 2, 2nd floor. HTH

I wonder if anyone has a map of POP AND Epcot together so I can figure out what part of this building would have the best view of fireworks/epcot?

If you are in room #3417, then you are very close walk to see the fireworks. It is only a few seconds step. You can leave your son and not be far from watching the fireworks. You would only be 4 room away to the corner. So if you need to check your son every minute you can.riu girl said:Thank you for all the info. I will be on my own with two young kids. I know that DD will still be awake during the fireworks but DS will be sleeping. I am trying to stay in a room where she can see the fireworks from either the window or just outside the room. I can't leave DS alone sleeping in the room while I walk down the outside walkway with DD so she can see the fireworks.
Thanks again.
Back to building 3 Tramp: Is the lakeview side of the building that is closest to the parking lot closer or further from Epcot?
