That's kinda what I figured plus we can get milk or chocolate milk with ameal as we will have refillablemugs !

You could get apple juice. I drank alot of that. Started the day with that, switched to diet coke, and ended the day with several mugs of apple juice.

We've driven in the past but are flying in September. When should I order my water from COSTCO (is a week before check-in sufficent?) I will also be sending a small box...when and how should it be mailed (USPS, UPS, FedX????) My friend made the reservations but my name should be listed on the room also...does it matter whose name its sent under???

I ordered water from netgrocer about a week and half before checking in. It was there in 3 days. The Pop staff can hold your packages for up to two weeks but I didn't want to push it.

I sent a huge box down and used UPS. I liked that I could track it online. Both shipments should have whoever's name that is on the reservation. So if the reservation is in her name even though your listed on it, I'd use her name to be on the safe side. That way they know who to hold it for. Also note your check in date on both shipments.

I'm not sure what other info you're looking for.

How far in advance do you need to order this? Does anyone have an idea?

A week to a week and half. If you are checking in on a Sat or a Sun, I'd order a 1 1/2 weeks before check-in. The resorts will store your shipments for 2 weeks. I shipped water and a pkg 2 weeks before my trip and got there in 3 days. I felt bad that they would have to store my big @$$ box for that long. Aim to have it delivered 2 days before check in.

UPS and netgrocer websites can tell you how long it approx. takes.

Sorry I didn't word that correctly I meant we can get a drink in our mugs and get choc milk as our drink with lunch or supper , to save for DGS in the evening. He has to have his chocolate milk!!

Are you sure you can't get apple juice? I've asked in another thread and was told it is in with the other sodas on the soda machine and you can get it with a refillable mug.

I had apple juice in my mug last year at POP. So long as it hasn't changed, you can get apple juice from the fountain.

This is my first time using an off site scooter, though I know Pop very well was wondering where I will be picking it up. Will it be where the remote airline check in is located or somewhere else?? The company says it will be in the Luggage Room but I do not where that is.....

Since the question of whether apple juice is available for the refillable mug came up I have a question that goes along with. I stayed a Pop in 2006 and I am trying to remember if the switch for the apple juice is located near the same spout as the water or if it's the water switch that is located near the same spout as the apple juice? I remember that I had a hard time finding one but I can't remember which one it was.

Did that make any sense?

Usually you would find those threads on the budget board but if you look in my signature I am involved in a frig swap at pop and lots of dates for 2009 are still open check it out! Just click on the link it should take you to the thread! Hope this helps!
