we had a reservation booked through a travel agent two years ago. the agent did not send us the paper work on time and we had a very hard time getting past the gate. the guard was not pleased we could not show him something.
i find that whole system odd because anyone can get on a bus from any park or dtd and just ride on through the gate, no questions asked but just try and get through in a car......

REally. We always drive and never once had to show papers...just our Id's occasionally. But you could even go there and just say you are toruing the resort or going for lunch.

We are locals and eat at Pop frequently. We never have any trouble getting through the gate unless it's a holiday or the parking lots are full. All he has to do is give his driver's license at the gate and state why he wants to enter. If he is staying there, he will need to show his driver's license and give the name of the guest that the reservation is listed under. The guard will check the log to make sure the guests name is on there.

Foodcourt can be very busy in the morning , as people eat before heading for Rope Drop!!Either get there by 7a.m. or after 8:30 a.m.!!By 9:30 it is pretty quiet!!

I'm requesting something quiet. As long as it's not a pool view, I'll be happy. I'll be even happier if it's also not a parking view, and not first floor. Otherwise I'm keeping my request pretty open.

A Dismeet would be great, though I know for myself I won't be spending much time at the resort.

We have preferred rooms as DD insists and requested 60's adjoining rooms !!Can we come up with a couple of dates that many of us could try to meet. I will be there a good part of the day on August 23rd so if that would work for me how about anyone else ??
On the 19th I will be checking in by noon and leaving shortly after for DTD with the equally infamous Karin and her brother Tom from Austria !!If you haven't read her TR's /Food Porn you should screen name Dizneet. Sher is meeting me at Pop !!!Maybe we should all wear a Lime Green Mickey glued to outr foreheads everytime we are at POPI guarantee we'd met people even if it was the local constabulary

The Monday is my DGDx2 16th birthday !!We are planning a little later start that day so may catch you by the pool in the morning !!
