They have skim milk in the cooler you can get, I'm not sure what kind it is at the beverage station.

Doesn't look like anyone responded to your question so thought I'd just share my experience.

I always ship down a couple of small boxes (1 for snacks; 1 for toiletries) & a case of water and have never had a problem. Last month I shipped down 2 boxes, a case of water plus we had a couple of special deliveries waiting (flowers, cookie bouquet). The CMs were very helpful, called luggage assistance for a cart and delivered it all to our room for me. :)

Once, a couple of years ago, I had a problem with a case of water getting "temporarily misplaced." ;) But I've never had any mention of it being a problem to have more than one package. Some of the other resorts do charge a fee I believe, but I've never paid anything extra at POP.

Of course, it's Disney so your mileage may vary. But I think you can ship down a couple of boxes of diapers without concern. Just be sure to address the packages as directed on the first page of this thread. :goodvibes

Thank you! I'm glad to know that! I just wanted to ship a box with diapers and one with small snacks for our DD, I'm glad to know I can do it without worries!:cool1:

I know us too! I keep trying to tell myself it is going by fast because I booked in Feb. It does not seem to be working. I am ready to start packing everything up. All the kids clothes that I am buying for the summer I always make sure it works for Disney not for school. I have to stop that.:lmao:
But that is all I have on my brain!

I'm with you. Same amount of time left.

I'm just ready to go! I'm nervous about flying. I haven't flown since 2005. We drive everywhere. But, decided to splurge and buy tickets. Security is freaking me out. I am not sure why.. lol.

Know what you mean - I have practically stopped flying since the latest security began. Good luck....you'll do GREAT!

Have a fabulous trip!

The beverage station doesn't have milk from what I remember. They had creamer at the coffee station that came out of a machine when you press the button. It just said Creamer on it. There was a hot cocoa machine (I put some in my coffee). I required Lactaid milk, which is kept segregated in the back. I asked Kevin, the food court manager, for it each morning and he got me a full cup at no charge. Their Lactaid milk is skim. He was so helpful, ask for him if you can't find what you need. There was also a helpful women manager too, but I can't remember her name. :confused3

Hi!!! This reminds me that I wanted everyone to know,,,if you have allergy issues,,make sure to ask for the Chef on duty,,,they are very helpful...and especially at Pop!! They all knew of my allergies and watched out for me the week I was there...FYI.......The Creamer in the pump at the coffee station is 50% coconut oil.....and the Nestle Hot chocolate in the same area also has coconut oil in it.!!! I am allergic to coconut,,,and was happy that they checked it out for me...If in doubt ,,always ask!

My df and I are staying at pop for our wedding and honeymoon trip, and I was hoping to request a single kingsize bed room hopefully overlooking hourglass lake :cool1:

It's my 4th stay at pop, but can anyone else suggest any other requests or tips to improve our stay?

Our family does not eat Pork. Is there some other non-pork meat for breakfast?

I don't know of any at Pop but I know some of the restaurants have chicken sausage, but I have seen I believe that Pop has Kosher meals and if I am correct that would be non pork !!!

After much shifting around I think i'm now set for my trip next month!! :cool1: I had to take the dining plan off this trip due not getting a bonus at work (wich made me sooo mad:mad:). But with checking out the menus here and at allears; I think i've made out a food budget for the 8 days i'll be at Pop Century. Will have a cooler for the room for sandwiches, cokes, etc. So now I'll just have to pick out a few TS to get me thru.

Thanks to all of you guys who post info abour wdw and pop century. It really helps out. :)

Well I can work with that! Thank you very much!

I was wondering what number you ladies call when you are calling to make any kind of room requests..is there a direct number to POP or just a switchboards number? 8 days and counting!!!!!!! cant wait. thanks so much

 Room requests are best made at the time of reservation - 8 days out is pretty close, but you can certainly call and have it added now - with such a busy season though, it may be more difficult to get a request.

All calls to any Disney resort no longer go directly to the resort, but to a call center that answers for the room - the operators do have access to your reservation (as long as you have the reservation number etc) and can add a room request for you. If a TA was used, Disney will not be able to access your reservation for you until 10 days out, but you are within that frame. If you have any trouble, just as the TA to call in the requests - if you used one.:thumbsup2

Even when you are at the resort, it is best to walk to the front desk with any concerns or requests (other than housekeeping) because those calls go to the same call center. It has been this way for many years now.

Good luck and have a Magical visit!! :goodvibes
