We leave tomorrow and arrive on Friday. Anyone have any requests of things they want pictues of or to check on? I have an aircard so I will have access to the internet.

Let me know. I'm getting so excited I think I'm going to bust at the seams.

I just saw you will be there for 18 nights!! :cheer2: How exciting that will be! Do you plan on all your days being at Disney? Or other parks in Orlando too?

No pics requests- just be sure and come back here after your trip and let us know how it was! Are you using on-line check in? Did you requested a certain area? Be sure and let us know if you get any of your requests. Have a super time.

Yeay! You are going in September too! I totally hear you about the crummy weather... we haven't had much of a summer here in Toronto either! Maybe we'll see you at PoP! Have a great trip!

Hey, I'll trade you some of our very summery weather for your weather! It's been so hot here (S Texas). Highs have been in the high 90s-low 100s and lows in the high 70s-low 80s almost every single day. We've only had a couple days where it didn't reach the mid 90s. It's humid and hasn't rained much at all either. We're in a severe drought area and get exited to just see it sprinkling out. But I know there's a trade off. We don't have the winters like you do.

Anyway, enjoy your trip in Sept. We can't wait for our trip in Dec. :goodvibes I've never stayed and Pop and really looking forward to it.

8/7 -arrive and do a scavenger hunt at POP
8/8- MK
8/9 -AK
8/10-Epcot

8/12- IOA
8/13- US
8/14-IOA/US
8/15- Sea World
8/16-AK
8/17-MK
8/18 -Epcot
8/19-MK
8/20-DHS
8/21-Epcot
8/22-MK
8/23-AK
8/24-DHS or Epcot
8/25- Drive home :(

No pics requests- just be sure and come back here after your trip and let us know how it was! Are you using on-line check in? Did you requested a certain area? Be sure and let us know if you get any of your requests. Have a super time.

I have an aircard- so I'm hoping I can get on several times and give updates and maybe even posts some live pics while I'm gone. I did use the online check in and I also faxed a request on Monday for 4th floor (or higher floors), lakeview in 60's, 50,s or 70's. I also gave specific room numbers in each building in those sections that I was hoping for. I asked for 60's as my most desired section. I faxed that over on Monday afternoon. I will definately let everyone know if I get what I request. Of all the times we have stayed at POP and always putting requests in the reservation system - I have never got what I have requested except the first time. I usually have to stand there while they go through inventory and go to the back to find something.
I would be thrilled to get what I was looking for right off the bat. I'm hoping the fax helps, and it will be interesting to see how it turns out.

I would love to have lots of pictures of The Everything Pop store. They change displays and merchandise with the seasons.

Thanks and have an awesome trip!

The Tie dye cheesecake is ok - not the best in the world, but hey - sugar anything is good :)

I have to agree with you - I've never seen what all the fuss was about over the Tie-Dye Cheese Cake! I mean - it looks really cool - but not the tastiest.... I would rather save the calaries for something else... Like a Dole Whip! ;)

Melanie...what is an aircard? Where do you purchase one?:)

It's a mobile internet wireless card. It allows you to connect to your wireless network and use the internet. Most cellphone companies offer one, and a data plan for it.

My old cell phone actually acts as one. I need to remember to pack it, so I can use it on my trip.

Yep - what CharacterFan said :)

It plugs into a USB port and finds a verizon mobile wireless signal like your cell phone or blackberry would. Hopefully I can pick up a decent signal at POP!

Actually I used the outline of the one Jen posted -it's listed on the first page of this thread. I just put my request, made sure I had my ressie #'s etc. I have it at work. I'll try to rememer to post it tomorrow.

What exactly is a Pop Scavenger Hunt? Sounds like something fun.
