Hi Jeanylaser.... If you go to www.mousesavers.com on the right hand side...normally in the yellow box there will be a mention of Discounted Walt Disney World Tickets by Undercover Tourist. They are an authorized Disney Ticket seller. Click on their link for information to purchase the discounted tickets.

If you have AAA...you can also get discounted Disney tickets through them.

If you wait to purchase your tickets at Disney they will be the same price as what you would pay on their website and at the Gates.

You can substitute he bacon for sausage though. We like really crispy bacon, which it is NOT there, so we got sausage instead each time.

Yeah - I'm sure it's all mushy and moist - I like mine crispy too. When it's not crispy it tastes like fat, lol. Course I don't like it too crispy either - where it's almost burnt. Fine line of just right.

Thanks for the info! now i'm not confused about buying Walt Disney World 3 Day Passes! anymore thanks!

We got there Easter morning at 6:45 am, we had Bfast reservations at Tusker House for 8am. So we were just doing the early check in to get the tickets. I did online registration, and to my suprise :cool1:, our room was already ready!

We stayed in a room in the 70's building, which was a hop, skip, and a jump from the front, but was quiet. No problems with noise, even though it was pretty crowded (I was told by the front desk they were sold out). Overall, a great week, can't wait to go back. Our plan was to not use the buses, but drive to each park, but we only drove 2 days, the buses were great!

We have stayed at the ASSp and ASM, and this was by far our favorite! The staff was polite, we got a towel animal the first day we were there. We didn't eat bfast at all there (we got to the parks to early each day to stop for Bfast), or we had ADRs for Bfast somewhere. Overall, a great week.

I agree crisp is the only way to go. I wish you could ask them to cook them longer. I would be willing to wait.

So we're going to stay on property for the first time, and we're at Pop. I'm looking forward to it, but do have a question. We're staying in a standard room, and I understand that 3rd or 4th floor would be best to avoid the extra noise. Is there a building that is best as far as location for the standard rooms? I know facing the lake can be more quiet and we can see Epcot's fireworks, but I just didn't know about the walks to the buses, etc. :confused3

Thanks!

BambiLover

The first page of this thread will answer all of your questions and more! It is easy to read and well laid out. :thumbsup2

Some guests prefer higher floors and lake side for quiet. These rooms will not put you closest to the bus or food court and some will be the furthest - but at POP the furthest in no more than about a 6/7 min walk.

(Not all lake side rooms have a view of the MK fireworks in the distance or the top of IllumiNations)

Hope this helps!! Have fun planning and have a great trip! :goodvibes

One thing I had a ASsports last month that was better than expected (and they have it at POP) was the Chicken and Alfredo Penne Pasta with breadstick. It was really really good. Also the ceasar salad with chicken was excellent too. Just don't eat too late at night. The second time I had that it left that garlicky taste in my mouth the next day.

I haven't had the cheesesteak wrap either ... I'll put it on my list for my upcoming trip but I can comment on the Chicken and Alfredo Penne Pasta and the ceasar salad with chicken ... delicious!! Yes, it's garlicky but delicious. I also like the lo mein, preferably with shrimp. Be prepared for lots of ginger. I also like the flatbread.

Counting down the days until January.

We have stayed in the 60's lakeside & 70's lakeside and both locations were quiet & pretty close to Classic Hall.:thumbsup2 Plus, we were only a few rooms away from preferred rooms when we stayed in the 60's lakeside. I'd like to stay in the 50's lakeside, but that would add a couple of minutes to the walk.

Thank you Minnie&Nana. I did read the first page, but I've heard from a number of different sources that there are "Better" decades to be in. While I understand it's an opinion, I thought I'd ask someone that had stayed there recently.

ave&audsmom, Thanks. That actually kinda clears it up for me! I was thinking maybe the 70's, but I'm thinking maybe the 60's lakeside is going to be for us. I know it will be crowded there and it will depend on when people are there. I really appreciate your opinion and will be seriously considering that!

Hope everyone has a great day!

I stayed lakeside 70's our first trip to Pop and though it wasn't a long walk, it was quite a ways to the bus. You had to go all the way to the parking lot and then cut over to the bus stop. It wasn't bad, but it was a good 5 minutes. It was pretty quite back there, except for one morning, when I think a fmily must've been leaving because alot of banging was going on outside my door. I would stay anywhere if I could go right now though. LOL!
Classic Hall seemed easier to get to, but to go to the buses that way would've taken a bit longer.

LOL This morning I was trying to be different than usual and be a woman of few words, but look where it got me - I was no help!! :rotfl:

BambiLover, we've stayed on the 4th floor of bldg 2 and 3 of the 50's and bldg 5 of the 60's. Our first stay we were on the back side of bldg 2 (Jukebox) with a view of the top of IllumiNations. Not my favorite location as it was the only time it did feel like a longish walk and not crazy about the back of the building.

Another stay we were 4th floor, bldg 2, facing the pool and we could see a bit of the lake as well - we LOVED that location. We've been on the lakeside of bldg 3 (Tramp) twice, 4th fl and could see Wishes and top of Illuminations at the same time - another fabulous location.

Last summer, bumped from std to pref to bldg 5, 4th fl, Hippy Dippy pool view - while it was wonderful to be so close to the lobby and food court (during the tropical storm/hurricane), we missed the quiet of the lake side rooms.

If you've seen a POP map, I don't think the walk is as far as it appears on the map. We always cut through Classic Hall to get to the bus. :)

Hope that helps more than my first reply!:thumbsup2

Found the thread with the cheesesteak (man this new search engine is just the bomb - I can find stuff so fast and easy now).

Awesome! Thanks for posting. I've been wondering about it. That looks.... not so good. :sad2: Kind of gross actually. HAHA! Maybe I'll end up NOT getting it. IDK, I really love Cheesesteaks. But that looks kind of icky.

I didn't like it. It was extremely salty. Not very cheesy, either.

Wow! Awesome info, thanks Minnie&Nana! How cool! Definitely keep this info, too. I want someplace that's not a huge walk, but I also want it more quiet. Thanks so much!
