My mistake..this ole brain was stuck on Presidents Day for some reason!!

....Many schools in the Northeast, esp. MA, have a Feb vacation week, which is always the 3rd week in Feb...Presidents Day being the Monday.
Thank you, Kimberly, for saving me!

Like any of us haven't been in a brain warp before!
....having compared alot of different wdw onsite resorts, I feel I can objectively give the opinions I have. But I feel like some may resent me saying so a little bit because it's something a little "negative" about POP which so many adore here on this thread....I won't say another word about POP unless it's all positive I guess.....
Maria, it is of my opinion that this is a informational forum, not an advertisement! Therefore, I don't think there's full value unless people can openly speak of things that they didn't like. We're all different with different needs and priorities.
I hope no one EVER feels like they cannot voice their opinion on here nor be critized for doing so, which I don't think was ever intended here.
There are things about POP that I don't care for too. For example, my experience also has been that the interior walls are thin and uninsulated allowing noise from adjoining rooms or toilets around you to easily filter through. That was my experience and from my experiences from other hotels & resorts, it's in the bottom 10 in that category. Now if there were not many people around my room, I would not have had reason to state that. Pick and choose what's most important to you, but it's good for people to know what to expect.
The point here is that there are ALWAYS so many factors and lifestyles (like a 50 yr old couple vs. a family with 2 toddlers) that dictate how things are for you personally. So questions like "Do the lines for the bus have a long wait?", "Was the Food Court busy?", "Were you disturbed by noise in your room?" can have varying answers based on time of year, time of day, census of the resort, personal thresholds, yadda yadda.
Although POP's within the "Best Place on Earth", it's managed, maintained, and visited by humans so it's not the perfect fit for everyone, and that's okay. Moreover, it's totallly acceptable for any of us to report back negatives in a factual and respectful tone. As someone stated just this past week, I think there's a wonderful group of groovy peeps here on OUR thread. Ya gotta love that!
