We just bought one and have used it once. Our DD is just 11 mo. but it worked well for our quick trip to the zoo. The basket is handy and has room for a couple of things. I like that it reclines, almost all the way flat. The handles are pretty tall, so I'm not slumping when I push it. It doesn't come with a cupholder, but we bought one that works. That's about all I can think about if you have any other questions, just ask.
Don't own one, but I've tried it. HORRIBLY HEAVY -- I'm guessing that it weighs at least 20 lbs. Maneuverability isn't too bad for the weight, but DD is only 16 lbs., I'm not sure how well it would perform with a toddler in it. However, heavy as it is, I'd guess not all that well.
I was looking for a stroller for wdw for my 1yr old. I seriosly considered the ipo. DH likes it for the price and the way it folds. I much prefer the maclaren quest. For the way it reclines and steering. I have not purchased either though. I can't make up my mind and DH is not helping. I will more than likely get the quest. I am on the short side and kicked the back of the ipo when walking at a faster pace, but didn't with the quest.
I have not used the IPO, but we bought the Chicco CT 0.5 stroller for our last Disney trip. It was fabulous. I would highly recommend it. On the buses it would fit right under the seat. It was easy to push and handle. It also comes with a rain cover My kids are 6, 5 & 3...all of them ride in it without a problem.
We used it on our trip with DD and LOVED it. I rave about it whenever I can. I reclines fully, so DD was able to nap in it every day. It folds up umbrella style, so it was easy on and off the buses. It has a nice sized sun canopy with a view window. The handles are tall, so you don't have to slouch or kick the wheels to push it. I didn't find it to be overly heavy at all (though admitedly, DH was the one who carried it on and off the buses).
I initially bought the chicco capri, but found that the handles were a little short for me, and I kicked the wheels when I pushed it. It also didn't recline all the way, if I recall.
Here is DD napping in her IPO. I am 5'6", so you can see that the handles are nice and tall. DH is 6'0" and pushed it just fine. :
I used it in the store, on the same testing-out trip as I tried the Maclarens, and it was only a *little* bit heavier-feeling than the Macs, and only a little bit sloggier than the Macs. So to me that's saying quite a bit!
And I have a 37 lb, tall, 3 year old who refused to sit still during his test-drives.
According to amazon, whose info generally is given straight from the manufacturer, the Graco weight is 17.5 lbs. Mac Triumph, according to Mac's site, is 11 lbs. So that's more of a difference than I thought it was.
