Just returned from a week at rpr, had a great time, no problems with check in or check out the hotel was full and never had a problem with pool chairs or lack of service.. My son forgot his backpack with ipod and nintendo ds and the breakfast area and we did not realize till at the airport.. they were so accomodating a reassuring to us and they said they would fed ex it to us..after we landed and was home for about 3 hours the phone rang..it was security from rpr and to let us know that it went out..and they would pay for it all... i thought that was so nice and reassuring....now the bad...nothing the hotel can control but the people who allow their kids to poo poo in the pool..this happened twice while there and they had to shut the pool down for 4 hours...we had to head to HRH cause the whole afternoon was shut down and also during the dive in movie on friday night... people were MAD.....i know this is not the hotels fault but it was the only down fall at the hotel..but like i said its the parents fault not the hotels....
