Wow, I guess I am not the only one not wanting to fork over $30+ to rude bellmen. I really hope they read these things and realize what the impact of always having your hand out does to your income.
I have to agree with you in regards to your comments about CM's not being so "Disney". I was in the World during the MNSSHP and all night CM's were complaining about "if they ate candy they'd be fired, they're interns and work for dirt, they're lucky we work for them", it really seemed so sad and so unmagical. But I chalked it up to a bad night, well it continued during the duration of my trip and in various parks. Some CM's were very downright rude to guests, especially when they weren't paying attention in instances like "move all the way to the end", which I know can be frustrating as after a few shows in Disney, you should know the routine. Anyway I just returned from Marathon weekend and noticed the same sour attitude by many CM's. Upon checking in at BWV I had park passes that I wanted to check to see how many days were still valid, CM says, I can check 6, I said great I have 6 to check. My niece said I have two to check as well, she said "oh I can't do that we can only check six." So I said that's quite a non-disney answer, wow, is there a limit that on hotel can only check six per day? Yes it was in a bit of a tone I must admit, but she was so condesending I was shocked. I instruced my niece to check with another CM since there was NO ONE in line. My CM was bull, absolutely livid that I suggested that. What is up with that I ask? Unfortunately it left a sour taste in my mouth. I'm very friendly and treat others with respect and expect the same in return.
