Favorite Friday Moment...
Gotta be... Max and Diane!!!!:cool1: :thumbsup2 :cool1:

I gotta disagree with you there.

Can you seriously explain what you see??

Every character she plays is exactly the same. She is still playing her Carly, only we are calling her Claudia. At least she's toned down the nostril flairing. She's like a giant steam roller.

What I'm wondering is that is Michael's shooting going to be the thing that finally breaks up Sonny and Jason. I really hope so.

I thought she was amazing playing someone who was so hard and tough to some people, and then at times you would see how unsure of herself she was, how vulnerable and scared. I really don't feel that anyone else could duplicate S.B.'s Carly. I always thought she was well deserving of her 3 emmys.

I never saw any vulnerablilty with Sarah Brown's Carly. To me she was just a mean bully who was vindictive, obnoxios and immature. Tamera Braun really brought a softer side of Carly in for me. She was still crazy but with her I saw more of a motivation. Sarah Brown's Carly was always so nasty to everyone. That is how I find Claudia. And why I don't like Claudia.

There is also no difference to me between her Carly and Claudia, they are the same nasty vile woman.

I'll make no excuses, I despised Sarah Brown's Carly. I hate the character and even stopped watching for awhile when it first became the Carly and Sonny show because I couldn't stand to watch her.

Does anyone know if Sarah Brown ever worked with Dylan Cash before. I've been trying to remember, but can't.

/
Sarah has worked with Dylan before because she's the original Carly and he's the only Michael.

I was thinking the very same thing..that basically Claudia is very much like the original Carly. She's a bit more out there with her sexuality than when she played Carly..but not by much. I do agree that Tamera brought a softner side to Carly that we didn't see when Brown played her.
I do also think that the current Carly...she is a bit of both of them. She has turned Carly back to that irrational character played by brown..especially where Jason is concerned. She does have the warm that Tamara brought to the role in regards to her children.

Actually Dylan wasn't the only actor to every play Michael:
Blake and Dylan Hopkins (1997-2001)
Tiarnan Cunningham (2001-2002)
Dylan Cash (recurring: 28 March 2002 to April 2005) (contract: April 2005 to present)

I just checked Sarah was on from April 8th, 1996 to April 23rd, 2001 so I guess they never worked together before. Dylan ha played him the longest though.

I think Sarah Brown did a great job as a younger Carly.. really.. she was rough, tough, unsure of herself, nasty and childish....but then as the story was told.. you got to see sides of Carly that had been injured, emotionally insecure....

Carly has aged, matured.. in some ways... as she remains a bit childish and self absorbed... and dang it she never forgives anyone... except Sonny.. and I stick to my original observation that Laura Wright has given Carly more depth in her maturity...

I would like to see Sarah Brown play a different type of character... Claudia is way too sleazy... however I do wonder WHY she is the way she is... and I think TPTB will let us in on that as Claudia develops...

However it does seem that Claudia has superpowers as she is EVERYWHERE in Port Chuck all at the same time... AMAZING... LOL>>>LOL>> and overkill imho...

ok.. so I love Max and Diane together... personally.. I think Max is hot! :lovestruc and I am thrilled when he gets more screen time.

Max and Diane remind me of the old days on GH with Tiffany and Sean, sex with laughter, not sex with a mob hit in the background.

I agree with you. I was never really a Sarah Brown fan. I think in some ways she is showing more vulnerability as Claudia than the original Carly. At least towards her brother and even Michael.

I always thought Tamara Braun tried too hard to look and act like Sarah Brown, but never quite pulled it off.

I do like Laura Wright as Carly. I think she is a combination of the 2, but has also done a great job of making the character her own, if that makes any sense.

Sonny and Luke parted ways years ago, but if Jason and Sonny parted ways, who would interact with Sonny?;)

I loved the scenes between Jason and Monica. The writers really need to redevelop that relationship.

LOVED the Diane/Max scene with Alexis walking in and screaming! :happytv: I can't wait to see the remainder of that scene on Monday. I loved the scenes with Diane and Alexis at Jakes. :rotfl: I bet those two actresses have fun together. I could see them adlibbing as they have great chemistry.

I'm back!

Found@WUB's rumor

**JJ is coming back to the show and GV is "going to another role on GH"... well, I know they tried like hell to get JJ back for Genie's reunion and that didn't work, so I have no idea what they'd offer him to come back now. Plus, they'd never put GV in another role just after putting Sarah Brown in one. I'd say false.

Is TG leaving? Hmmmmmm, that pops up every year. I say he'll leave when he leaves. I do think he and JE are happy to have airtime. I know LC is, and is hoping for a rehab storyline.

Nik and Nadine are a go...this is going to be true. You can see it, smell it.

Guza's going through contract talks...me thinks he'll stay at GH.

Dr Ian is behind all the mobular activity, including Johnny's car bomb.

Why did Ian know about the "experimental drug" for Nikolas? He gave Jerry the drugs to inject in the first place.

Jason tells Monica about Jake

Liz and Jason finally come clean and live their lives as a couple.

Logan gets darker after everything though he was the killer. I'm hearing a re-Maxie pairing.

**Claudia 's fear of her father being free motivates Ric to question their past.

When Jerry is pushed into a corner he finally gives Alexis a history lesson about Dr. Devlin.
Dr. Devlin's role on the canvas has been significant long before he arrived.

Alexis regrets pushing for the truth soon afterwards.

Lucky battles Liz when she is determined to stand by Jason.

A fight over keeping Michael hooked up to machines ensues.

Johnny comes clean when LuLu about his actions involving Michael. While she protects him, she makes moves towards Logan that are shocking.

Robin and Patrick are forced to discuss long term medical issues revolving around her and their child. They disagree with the outcome.

can you expand on the scrubs one?

There are talks later on about in rare circumstances of the baby responds badly to any of the medications Robin is taking or basically whose welfare should come first, Robin or the baby's.

Well Robin firmly believes the baby's health is the first priority. Patrick does not.

What is the history lesson of Dr. Devlin's role on the canvas long before his arrival?

That Ian made over Jerry's face a while back, the people who captured Jerry are the people who want him now, the people who Ian constantly threaten to expose Jerry to.
These people would go after Jerry and everyone he cares about if they found out.

Ian was also the mastermind behind the Metrocourt heist. Whatever was in the briefcase was valuable to him and Jerry didn't deliever.

Previews for the week of 14-Apr-2008 From SoapZone
by Carol Banks Weber

**Claudia shouldn't have come, but she does, to check on comatose Michael. Carly doesn't take this visit well. Carly loses her cool with Sonny. She runs him down as a dad, then mandates he treat Michael like nothing, because nothing is what he is to the boy. Carly holds fast to hating Sonny with all her might. Jason cannot rein Carly in this time. Claudia notices core similarities between her and Jason. Namely their family loyalty. Jax worries that Carly is throwing herself into a world of illusion. Jax hopes Carly will be honest, in a loving, gentle way, with Morgan about Michael's true state. Yet, she remains steadfast in her mantra that Michael will wake up soon when she tells her younger boy. Jax is helpless but to just go along and love Carly as much as he can. When she has to face the cold, hard facts about Michael's real condition, and it begins to maybe sink in, he is right there, like a prince. Robin and Patrick give in and give up a little part of their hearts beating fast for one another still. Luke relaunches The Haunted Star with a fancy soiree, attracting the crème de la crème of society, including Drs. Robin and Patrick. After going to the soiree, Robin and Patrick have to cut short their evening (due to her pregnancy), where they wind up at his or her place, to tumble and tangle back into one another. Sonny attends the relaunch of The Haunted Star, but it isn't for the cocktail weenies. His sole focus is to nail the ******* who nailed his son. Sonny tries to put a strangehold on Anthony so that he'll cough up his part in the hit. Jason foretells Spinelli of his change of mind about marrying and raising a family. Never, not after Michael. Jason and Spinelli investigate the hitman's identity, and eventually come around to Ian. Jason puts Nikolas under interrogation as to his knowledge of Ian. Jason sets fire to every last memento of his secret life with Elizabeth and their baby Jake. Michael's shooting seals the deal, there will be no family for Jason. Jason disengages from Elizabeth and Jake, and Liz knows why. Another party desires to snuff the life out of Sonny. It is none other than faker Anthony. Jax grapples with Michael's condition and Carly's delusional adherence that Michael will rouse from his slumber. Alexis scolds Diane after the Max incident. Lulu levels with Logan that she's over him. Claudia and Johnny do their level best to maintain distance from that hit gone awry. Johnny may want to ask himself whether Claudia's agenda is pure enough though. Lucky vouches for his continued interest in only Sam. She beams with joy. Nikolas hankers for the Emily pills. Ian prescribes a cautionary tale. Next week: Nikolas thinks beyond the present and himself… Carly will soon have no choice but to face the facts about Michael's permanent coma. This may require a stay at a facility. For right now, Carly won't hear of anything but positives… Carly is told in no uncertain terms that Michael will never wake up, to be prepared to send him away, he's a vegetable… Jason puts Spinelli on the case of Dr. Ian Devlin… Claudia and Johnny try to get Ian to scram… Sonny forbids Max from venturing into Diane territory… Anna receives word of daughter Robin's condition… Anthony forces Claudia to do his bidding, if she wants to protect Johnny… Anthony puts a hit out on Claudia and Jason. **
