It's possible that Cyrus messed with the paternity test results to get back at Jackie for interviewing his mother about him and his misdeeds. Her story was published in the Invader after she and Martin found Florence in Vermont with Bobbie.

I remembered thinking "someone messed with that paternity test" when that was all going on but I couldn't remember if I though it was Cyrus or Peter. Now I think it was Cyrus.

Yep, and Michael will be livid. He’s so used to always getting his way, like all the Corinthoses. Can’t wait for the Nina/Carly showdown when Sonny turns up in Port Charles.

I find Willow so boring. I thought her and Chase were duds, Michael and her is even worse and now we're going to have to deal with her marrying Chase out of kindness and try to root for her to figure out a way to get out of it, when I could care less lol. Maybe her being stuck in a marriage will make her more interesting.

This story with Sonny is getting me more and more upset for Carly. He lost his memory, but he's wearing a wedding ring, so he might/probably have a family somewhere who's looking for him, and misses him. Yet he makes absolutely no attempt to find and return to them. If I were Carly, when he ever returns I'd be so hesitant that he never made any attempt to find me or his family before. Was all the grief she's gone through at all preventable?

I do find it weird too he wouldn't try to find out who he is by getting his fingerprints taken. Yes, he risks seeing he has a record, which he does, but maybe he had fingerprints taken for job security. Just weird he seems to know his fingerprints would not lead to anything good and weirder is how Phyllis and her husband are not bothered that he refuses to have his fingerprints taken.

Ok, who is Austin going to be related to. hmmmm? Today his said his family had been in the area for years and owned several properties besides the one that Peter had gotten to contain Maxie. I wanted Dante to ask what the family name was! But of course, he didn't. Think he'll show up at the special meeting at ELQ?

One theory I've read is that he's the son of Jimmy Lee Holt, one of Edward Quartermaine's many illegitimate kids. If that's the case, he would be connected to the Q family and possibly be a stockholder in ELQ. Just a theory but could be interesting.

Oooohhh, that's a good theory. I had forgotten about Jimmy Lee. I do think Austin is somehow connected to the Q family and particularly Michael since we seem to be getting the "long dramatic soap opera pause" whenever Michael's name is said or shown around Austin. Here's a random thought: Maybe in true soap opera fashion, Austin is really AJ back from the dead.

I'm thinking AJ was put in some type of witness protection program -- had plastic surgery to change his appearance but still stayed in hiding to avoid Sonny. And during the last 7 years magically went to college, med school, and did his residency to become a doctor. Now that he thinks Sonny is dead, he feels it's safe to come out in the public again. Just random thoughts....because I've watched this show for more years than I care to admit.

That's what I was thinking about. It does seem he knows Michael.
