I JUST found your TR tonight, and we will be there the same week as you! We are going down from from the 12-25 for our honeymoon. I have never actually met anyone met anyone from the Dis, so perhaps our paths will cross?!?!?! If there are some other Disers down that week and I'm sure there must be!), maybe we could plan a quick Dis meet one night! We will be at BWV that week.

Hey Drea, don't know if you remember me, haven't posted for awhile (I am the Marine mom who is staying at SSR also) anyway I am going to be at the Wishes Dessert Party on the 19th as well. My friend and I both tried to get it when it first opened into October and it wasn't available but she called Friday and it was, we are so excited. We start that day with my family at Crystal Palace for breakfast so will just be "buffeting it" all day I guess, lol. Our reservation for Wishes is 8:20, maybe we will actually get to meet.

Cool!! I've never had an official Dis meet, but I have met people with the LGMH or they saw ours on our backpack. Where are you staying?

Yes, of course I remember you! That is so cool that you were able to get in the Dessert party!! There are so many MNSSHP that the days were limited. What a wonderful day you have planned. You'll have to look for us or post your picture so we can find each other.

I've been so busy getting ready for my son's first birthday party. My parents arrived on Wednesday and then we had preschool orientation for my daughter on Thursday, and my ILs got here tonight. The party is tomorrow then things should calm down for a while.

I must say that I'm doing better than I thought I would do. It's just so bittersweet that my little baby is turning 1. I can hardly believe how fast this year has gone by, but when I think of our last Disney trip in November it seems like years ago. Why is that?!

Anyway, I'll update with preschool and birthday pictures next week. Thanks for following along everyone, sorry for the lack of updates.

The craziness that was last week is over! We had B's 1st birthday party on Saturday and today is his actual birthday. This has been the fastest year of my life.

It's always good to know or at least have an idea of where you want to eat-save precious energy when everyone is hungry and the blood sugar is dropping...(which in my case leads to crankiness)

I was hoping to have an update today,but my husband has been out of town since Monday. So things have been crazy around here, and he took the laptop so I've been stuck running upstairs to the desktop to get in my distime.

Hello! I just found your pre TR and noticed we are going to be at Disney the same time. We are flying out of Flint and staying at Old Key West. My parents, sister, brother-in-law and my 2 nieces (1 & 3 year old) will be there too. I can't wait!!! October is my favorite month! It is so beautiful in MI and I think the weather will be comfortable in FL that time of the year.

So if yesterday was the 30 day party then.....this is the less then 3o DaY pArTy!!!! I changed our coming home flights today. I love SW! They released a new flight today and we get an extra 2 hours the morning we come back which means ME will not be picking us up at 6:40! Plus we will be flying through Chicago instead of Baltimore-not sure how either of them are on the way to Indy but at least Chicago is closer, lol.

So are you ready to party Drea??? Oh by the way the pictures of your little guy are simply precious, he is a cutie! No wonder you don't want him to grow up.

Our first family trip was in October and of course it was the hottest October on record for the last 20 years or something. I hope this year is a little cooler, but the crowds were so low!!

I am so happy to have my laptop back!! Running upstairs to use the desktop was not fun because I could only use it during naptime and bedtime. It's also a Mac and I don't use it very much so it takes me longer to do everything.

I still haven't made our countdown chart! I have all the Mickey heads cut out, just have to put them on the board.

I need some help. We just got a Disney Visa. Where is the character meet and greet for visa holders at Epcot? I know I asked somewhere before but I can't find it in my notes.

I still need to post more about my "relaxing" strategy, but I'm going to go work on our countdown chart.

We also went to the apple orchard this morning, so I didn't get a chance to look over my plans today.

The character meet and greet is when you are walking in Epcot..stay to the right of the SE (aka the ball) and walk past it to where the big fountain is and it will be on the right, the building past inoventions. If you were walking towards Soarin the building on the right is innoventions the building on the left is character connection. I'm pretty sure that is what you are talking about?? If you go past the Edys ice cream or club cool you have gone too far. Depending on what time you get there, you can see the characters inside from outside but you will have to go into the building to get in line. Hope it helps?!

I think that person was talking about the Character Connection that's open to everyone. The Disney Visa meet and greet is in Innoventions - west I think - the one with the fire truck. It's right near that area as well.
