The extra terestral alien ride!!!!!!!

Hiya i'm going to the usa 4 the 1st time on thursday and i have heard about the alien extra terestrial ride but not enough to keep my mind at rest! can any1 give me more info plz because i am 16 years old i love rollercoasters and big rides but i am a little scared when it comes to rides like this one lol

it's a little scary but fun - make sure you do it @ least once b4 they close it!

You may not have to worry about experiencing the Alien Encounter attraction. Rumor has it closing after tomorrow (Oct. 12) for a Stitch overlay. We'll have to wait and see.
This is taken directly from WDW's Official Web site: "The ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter closed on Sunday, October 12, 2003 for re-development. Replacing the attraction will be Stitch's Great Escape which is expected to open in Fall 2004."
