I have rode on Air trans and their seats are not bad. I am bigger than a 3x I did get an extender. When I asked for one they was very nice. You should have any problems with the seats.

Thanks for sharing your experience.![]()
Obviously at 100 lbs overweight my idea of walking is to the mailbox and back!
I'm leaving on Monday morning (full flight, wish me luck!) and I'm 5'7 and a size 28, plus major baggage in the rear if you know what I mean. This is my 3rd DW trip. The first two times I went, I never even had the gusto or courage to even attempt to ride any of the rides because of my size. After reading this thread, I am confident that 3 times a charm and this will be one of the most exciting DW trips to date!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does anyone have experience flying with Air Tran and their seats?
I'm a 3x, so I'm a little concerned. I'll be on the aisle with my DD7 and DNiece24 (non-Poohsized) in the row with me.
Wow, I love this thread! We are a pooh size couple and have done a dining review, but we had some negative feedback about how fat we were. We have been discouraged that some would be so mean, but thankfully the mod deleted the comments off our review.
Ok, here's my question: what are so good about the Teva flip flops. I hate most all flip flops because they give me blisters, but I would love to wear flip flops. Thanks so much.
Does anyone know anything about Alliegant Air? How tight are their seats? We are using them for a quick trip in December. I am a 1x and hubby is a 4x. We paid the extra $$ to choose our seats so we would be sure to be beside each other in the row of 2 seats. We thought that way no one could complain about us encroaching on their space.
5'6", size 20/22... here are my hints:
Spray my feet with antiperspirant every morning. Keeps them from sweating and reduces blister-potential.
A swipe of stick antiperspirant under the girls and on inner thighs, then baby powder. Never have an issue with chafing. I've also been known to run a swipe of antiperspirant down the middle of my back.
Frozen washcloths- I wet and freeze washcloths overnight, then take them in ziplocks in an insulated sandwich pouch into the parks. They stay pretty frozen, at least until 3pm in June, and feel SO GOOD on my neck, forehead, and arms in the middle of the day!
Towels- I bring my own bath towel to Disney- a REAL towel, that actually goes around me! It makes me feel better having a towel that FITS!
Take it slowly- WDW isn't a race, and there isn't any sense in rush, rush, rush. Drink lots, walk through air conditioned shops instead of the middle of Main St, and hit the a/c shows in the middle of the afternoon.
I am having a HUGE problem finding the right bag to take. I have been going with a back pack because it's just been easier to find that would fit. All of the messenger style cross body bags have been toooo small. Not enough strap. I'm a size 24 and substantial up top. Ant suggestions on what you all have found?
