We just got it here, we are started to get lots of weird restaurants over where I live.
Reno isn't as small as it used to be.

We are getting a TJMaxx in the next town over Ooh ahh yea.
Me and my mom love that store.

But nothing here...they just built some storage houses. Exciting I know.
If they would just make a Walmart over here...

Wow, your town must be really small, but I like small towns, because then the crime isn't bad usually.
I dont have a TJMaxx here.
But recently a mall was built, (it used to be five minutes away from my house, but since I moved, it's soo far away)
It had a lot of nice stores, lots of restaurants, and a movie theature..
If only I was still right next to it

We don't have the TJMaxx. The town over does.

We have a grocery store, couple of car dealerships. couple fast food resturants and some gas stations...a dollar store...and just some small local owned stores...yep that's about it.

Our town is really small...and the crime is bad. Really bad. There is alot of people in our town that has done drugs. A guy down the street from our house one night shot his son and then killed himself. His other son is in our grade. And people go out and get drunk. My grandma said this one drunk guy from one of our cousins party opened our gate to our backyard and was running through it.

Ah, I hope you stay safe :/
My town's crime is pretty good. People get drunk a lot, but nothing too serious has happened..just mostly all of it is family stuff.
Like, near my old house a man shot his wife and a judge, and that is pretty much the worst I've heard of.

Well..that was the only bad thing that happened and it was about 4 years ago. Usually people are drunk driving or just causing trouble. Some kids went and egged a teachers house one halloween. She threatened in school that if they didn't come out and tell her that they did it then she would sue them. :\
But I think all but one eventually came out.

Oh...and we have alot of bomb threats. Some kid about 2 years ago put a note in the guys bathroom about a bomb going off at a certain time at our school. Everyone was evacuated to the highschool auditorium and lots of people had their parents come and get them including me. But last year I think our highschool had about 6 in one year. None of them real bombs but the kid that did ours was expelled but now he still goes to our highschool. We'll probaby have more next year.

I forget which day it was..but it was the anniversery of the columbine shooting, and a lot of people had their parents pick them up from school, or didn't go.
My dad made me and my sister stay because he said that there were no actual threats, just rumors.

Oh yea. There were a couple of kids who didn't come to school that day either. Me and my brother went. Nothing happened. Nobody really talked about it either.

We had an assembly about it,
it was called Rachel's challenge..it made lots of people cry, including me

...Was there a guy that used to be Rachels friend there? And they showed a video and everything?

We had that assembly too. Alot of people came out crying. I was close to crying but I didn't.

Yeah, I cried because I was just really stressed at that time.
Lots of stuff at home was happening, and that assembly just let me let it all out pretty much.

Aww I'm sorry.

We had this one assembly. ERmm..something 5. It was for one of our school clubs I was in. It was for everyone. But in the end they put this girl in the 5 program in these chains and sat her down and started talking about helping people and being friendly and everything. They told that anybody that was in our club who wants to start being a new person, it's starting now with you coming down here and helping this girl with her chains [Which were suppose to be how people were mean to her. The girl was part of the program] Everyone of our club members went down there and then he started talking to the not club members and said the same thing. Everyone was down off the bleachers. One girl was crying really hard. It was a really nice program.

Wow, have you noticed how deep the conversations on the Dis have been today?

Oh. Have you ever seen Josh Shipp?
He is probably the best speaker I've heard in a long time.
He was an orphan and when he was 8 and his mother told him to meet him at this grocery store or somewhere. He said he couldn't wait and he went down there when she told him and he waited 4 hours before he finally decided that she wasn't coming. I almost cried. But he was really funny and a great motivational speaker. I wish I could've got his autograph or something...but I didn't. :\

And...we had this one guy at our state meeting for one of our clubs.
Justin Lookadoo. He was hilarious and a great speaker too.
Patrick Grady...great.
And this one singer named Roger Cooper. He was a great singer and alot of us almost cried while he was talking. But all the music was kinda making us go to sleep even though it was good. It was really slow.

And Justin had a cool set of hair.
And I got to meet the National president of our club there...again. I had met him once before.

I hope we have really cool people come to our school. I'd LOVE to see those 4 I mentioned come to our school. They didn't come to our school they were at our state meeting in a different town. But I think everyone would like them.
