I've read posts about people upgrading their AP's and/or getting a credit back for the difference with the DVC discount. How does this work? Can you do such things if you've already activated the AP or does it just apply to AP's in the "voucher stage"? What's the time limit, if any? And who would I call? :confused3

THANKS

This applies to AP's that are being used, and it must be done inperson, at the parks or Downtown Disney, at guest services. You will need to upgrade to PAP. You cannot get a refund on the same tickets. But beware: you will get different costs depending upon which park you go to. I asked first at member services at the back of the park, and was told that I would have to pay $320 per ticket, but at the front of the park I paid $20 to upgrade! Others have reported a slight refund over at Downtown Disney, so you may want to go there.

If you have already activated an AP voucher and you didn't get the discount, I believe you can take it to a customer service window at any of the parks and if you have your reciept from the original purchase as well as your DVC member card and personal ID, you should be able to get the difference back.
