Only 28 days to go from today! Four weeks from now I'll be in a plane (well,I'll most probably withing flights this time of the day )

I can't believe it's getting so close. When we booked this trip, it was almost six months away and now it is less then a month.
I adore my ticker, it is now ticking in days, not weeks

My boyfriend thinks I'm going crazy. He told me I can't bounce around the house every day, so I can only give him one update every five days (so... I'll be updating him with the 25 days on tuesday )

And do you know what arrived today?? My travel papers! My hotel voucher, car rental voucher and.. most important.... my Disney tickets!

(I put the LGMH in myself )

And these are the Disney tickets up close and personal

I really love them! I think my boyfriend wants the Mickey ticket, so I'll have the Cinderella one. I'm perfectly fine with that!

So, what is next?

I have 17 more days of work to go ... I have read everything there is to read...

I checked out restaurants outside Disney and made a list of things I'd like to try... I checked the Continental site for movies that we'll be getting on our flight and picked out what I want to see!

I guess there's nothing left but waiting, dreaming and waiting some more...
I hope these 27 days will fly...!

I'll update again when it is time for me to pack my bags, can't wait for that!

one question: did you book your trip through a travel agent other than disney travel? the reason i'm asking is because when i received my paperwork, i didn't get my actual tickets and that worries me! i booked my trip through disney and that may be the reason for the difference. i think i pick them up at our hotel. also, where did you get all those nifty flyers? i'm pretty sure i know everything i need to know, but you can never have to much information!!!!

I'm glad I'm not the only one

one question: did you book your trip through a travel agent other than disney travel? the reason i'm asking is because when i received my paperwork, i didn't get my actual tickets and that worries me! i booked my trip through disney and that may be the reason for the difference. i think i pick them up at our hotel. also, where did you get all those nifty flyers? i'm pretty sure i know everything i need to know, but you can never have to much information!!!!

I booked my trip with a Dutch travel agent, called American Estates.
I don't know how everything works when you book through Disney travel... maybe there's something about that on the boards? Or you can always e-mail Disney travel, just to be sure

I got the flyers from a friend who went to Orlando a couple of months ago and picked up all those flyers for me

Did you book a package and are you staying on Disney Property? If so you will get your tickets when you check-in...last year our room key and tickets were all on one card....It looks somewhat like a credit card....hope this helps.

Did you book a package and are you staying on Disney Property? If so you will get you tickets when you check-in...last year our room key and tickets were all on one card....I looks somewhat like a credit card....hope this helps.

how exciting! How cool you got real LGMH! I always love to get papers for a trip, it lets you feel how close you are to the trip ! It´s so cool they have different motives for the parktickets! I know how excited I am when I am going to DLP, like starting to pack 2 weeks before the trip that will only last 3 days and read everything possible about it and cannot stop talking about Disney so I can imagine how superexcited you must be!
I talked to my best friend and she seemed to like the idea of going to WDW next year (in case we can afford it ) so I am looking forward to read about your adventures and tips!
Oh, and I have also been to Texel on a schooltrip! Difficult to ride a bike in the wind

And yes, I am definately getting excited! Only 13 more days to go! And we're having really warm weather here right now, which really gets me in the Florida-mood

Those custom translators really don't translate that well
Dutch is a very difficult language, I've heard its grammar is the most difficult in the world!

But yes, I am excited and no, I haven't packed yet. I still need my summer clothes, we're having wonderful weather here right now! And I can pack in one day, so I'll save that for the last day

Wow, I'd have to agree with everyone else: your English is great!

And also, I just went to DLP for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It was nice, but WDW is my absolute favorite. You are going to love it!!! But, be warned: the two rides that are better at DLP are (1) Big Thunder and (2) Space Mountain. So don't be disappointed!!
