I didnt yell. I was getting frustrated because he wouldnt listen to me so I got Daddy to go in there just so I wouldnt yell. Yelling only teaches him that its an okay thing to do which it is NOT in this house.

Jennifer, If your closet looks like mine did, you better leave a trail of bread crumbs so you can find your way back out. Today's project here is my jewelry. It's scattered ALL over my dresser. I'm also in the process of wading through a stack of catalogs. I know there's a ton of stuff I want to order out of these things (Christmas stuff) but making myself do it is another story. I have one catalog here that has the old Muppet show on VHS... 11 tapes. Cam would love those silly things. I'd love to get it for him but it's almost 200.00!! Yikes!!!


Question of the day: How many of you get catalogs in the mail, look through them, circle things you definitely plan to order, but then never do it? I'm notorious for this.

I would PM and ask for it to be locked but that would start another debate and also there is a mod and a webmaster that are helping keep the debate going ROFL.

I am a good one for keeping catalogs...especially Disney Store ones with plans of ordering but never do. There is actually a backpack in the newest one that I want soooooooo bad but I just bought another Disney purse a couple of weeks ago. Its way TOO BIG though. I can fit my laptop in it because there is an actual space and velco enclosure for it! I didnt realize it was so big when I bought it.

Well they can't deny your request to lock it Karen and if it starts a debate, just ignore it. It's your call though.

I used to go through and mark things I wanted to order, then I realized I never got around to ordering them.... so I stopped and just dream about them or tell my family how much I'd want them

Good Afternoon All. I am still trying to get through page 21 and need to get everything ready for chili cookoff. My crock pot went on the blitz. I have had it for 22 years, wonder what the problem was? Anyway, just got back from buying a new one. Now that was an excursion!!!! Different sizes, carry tote things, oval, round, with warm button, programming, my head is spinning. Just got the old standby kind.

Everybody's headache a little better? Um...mine is one of those "hormonal" headaches. UGH! No hope for me until I can sleep for about an hour and since that won't happen until tonight it's time to paste on that smile and grin and bear it!! Anybody guess how pounding it's gonna be after my troop leaves??? At least most of the meeting will be outside today...anybody want to trap a spiderweb?
