I am so glad you're feeling better Elaine!! I am too. Maybe it's the warm weather we've been hit with. I only took Motrin last night and nothing this morning. Starting to get a little sore this afternoon. Probably because I took 3 baskets of clothes up and down the stair and hauled the recycling to the recycling center. Good thing that's it for the manual labor today!!!

I TOTALLY approve of Jodie as keeper of the thread!!! I expect a summary of each page posted at the top of the following page We don't want anyone wandering away because they got lost!!!

Back on page 12 Kim posted a link to another long silly thread where Jay made a HUGE typo regarding Kim's...well...um...no way to say it gracefully...BUTT!!! It's pretty funny!

Anybody else notice that Jay is avoiding this thread? For some reason, I haven't been able to stop thinking about the "Grace" picture lately either. Hmmmm...

Yup. I was up bright & early at 5:45. Had to take Cam and cousin's kid to school. Cousin's kid's thermos leaked some milk onto the floor mat of my WW mobile. I was NOT impressed. THEN, I had to race home as fast as my little car would take me, dodging in & out of slow trucks, farm equipment, and one really bizarre looking tye dye painted VW hippy van, because I had to get home in time to see the last half hour of the Today show and Regis & Kelly. No reason in particular. I just happen to looooove watching that last half hour of the Today show and Regis & Kelly.

I know why Kim was watching Regis and Kelly. I saw it on my break. Who would have guessed that her "man" knew how to write a book?

It was a steamer here in Ohio today. The high school has no air conditioning. Today was an easy day because all I had to do was hand out worksheets for them to do or go to the computer lab. I didn't have to think too much. Thank goodness.

Isn't is funny that most of the women can keep up with this thread and it seems that the men are lost(I am not going to name who that person from Kentucky who is married to believe is) And what is this comment about being weird. I resemble, I mean resent that.

Jodie as keep of the thread is a great idea. I will drink to that. Hey, are the smoothies ready yet or do I need to make some bourbon slushies?

I actually think that this thread is the thread that never ends. Isn't there a song about "This is the Song that never ends"

In a nutshell this thread started about getting the last word in and then it evolved into keeping all of our DIS friends up to date and then turned into aches and pains and now into healing and feeling good about life. If you join in late, it is best to start from the beginning so that you can understand it all. I know that it gets complicated when another thread is thrown in the mix but really it really is worth it. Otherwise, how would we know about Kim getting more Butt.

Glad to hear you had a fairly easy work day Betty. I've had some sub days that were actually fun, and others that were absolute nightmares!! Oye! Haven't subbed yet this year, but I imagine once the cold and flu season hits, I'll get called in a few times. So how was everyone's day?

It was a pretty ordinary day here. SO I guess it wasn't bad. DH got home at 8:30 just in time for Emily's melt down. Poor guy doesn't see her all day and she falls apart when he walks in the door. He's co. is working on a huge project that will keep him late until thanksgiving. That's the bad news ....The good news is the president gave the whole co. Christmas week off with pay!!! and gave DH an extra week off whenever he wants....WITH PAY!!!!! That means our disney world trip won't take ANY of his 3 weeks of vacation days!!!!

Blue Ridge mts here we come this summer!!!!
