Im doing Weight Watchers Mandy, the same as I did last year and I lost 2 stone doing it last year. I drink loads of water as I find that fills me up, I have a breakfast bar and fruit or Low fat ceral (sometimes mixed with low fat yoghurt, instead of milk) for Breakfast,with a glass of boiled water with a slice of lemon in, A Chicken Salad, or Weight Watchers Pasta Salad or WW Sandwich for lunch, and for Dinner depending on what time I have its either Grilled Meat and Salad, or Jacket Potato with Weight Watchers cheese or dressing, or if Im in a rush or late home from work I have a WW ready meal. I eat 3 pieces of fruit a day, and a packet of Go ahead Chicken and Herb Bites or a Packet of Seasons, and 1 low fat yohurt. I have changed to Skimmed Milk and Im drinking a lot of herbal tea now instead of Coffee.
I try not to eat anything past 6.30pm in the evening, and I have recently taken up Yoga again, which I love.
I do once a week have the odd treat, like a curry, or Pasta and sauce,or even the odd Pizza once in a blue moon, but try to keep to the lowest fat that I can. I also save a few points every week so that I can have a couple of glasses of white wine on the weekend. I bought a couple of bottles of WW White wine but to be honest, I wasnt that keen, I do like my Chardonny
I have given up eating completly any form of chocolate, biscuits, and normal bread,and normal crisps(which I adore) although I do have a brown pitta occasionally.
