Not sure? It's best to request a specific dining room for a specific night.
Oh, I thought the second and third night dining were always at the same place. Didn't know it could differ. So you want Animator's Palate twice? Ask for that.
The reason not to ask for a specific rotation is your cruise may or may not have RAAE as a rotation. It could end up being EAAR or RAEE or such. So asking for what is important to you within the rotation is the better request.
Yes, it can. Even on 'standard' sailings sometimes things get switched up. That's why it's best to ask exactly what you want (as @lanejudy ) suggested instead of trying to guess or engineer it. If you want to be in a certain MDR twice, say exactly that. If you want to start in a certain MDR, say exactly that. If you want to be in a certain MDR on Pirate night, say exactly that. And really pick one thing and ask for that-if your request is too broad or you try to ask for more than one thing that aren't both possible, DCL may not know which one to prioritize and then you don't get either/all.Oh, I thought the second and third night dining were always at the same place. On a 7 night cruise you'll dine in each dining room twice, and one of them 3 times. How does rotation work on a 7 nght cruise?
We are sailing Treasure on March, and would prefer Coco over Marvel 100 times![]()
Typical rotation for a 7 night (at least Eastern Caribbean) is 1231231. The 'middle' instance of MDR #1 is Pirate Night, and you get two 'specialty' menus then in each MDR (and eat in MDR #1 three times). As previously noted, though, don't count on that exact rotation. So ask for exactly what you want (if it's Coco 3 times, then just ask for that). How does rotation work on a 7 nght cruise?

IIRC on the Wish in September the servers also didn't wear their Pirate Night outfits. That was a bummer. I can't remember if they did or didn't when I was on the Treasure in February . . .For our recent Treasure cruise (October, Western), the rotation was Marvel, Coco, 1923, Marvel, Coco, 1923, Marvel.
On pirate night, we were assigned to Marvel. The wait staff had on their traditional Marvel attire, nothing to indicate it was pirate night. That was a bit disappointing.
So they usually or in the past wore pirate attire on pirate night?IIRC on the Wish in September the servers also didn't wear their Pirate Night outfits. That was a bummer. I can't remember if they did or didn't when I was on the Treasure in February . . .
Yes, I'm Platinum (so have done several Disney crusies) and in almost all of them they've worn special outfits on Pirate Night. Last time I remember seeing them for sure was on this year's EBTA.So they usually or in the past wore pirate attire on pirate night?
I wonder if this is a new change? Or happening on all the ships?Yes, I'm Platinum (so have done several Disney crusies) and in almost all of them they've worn special outfits on Pirate Night. Last time I remember seeing them for sure was on this year's EBTA.
