Holy Cr@p!! I think we might have the same CD collection!

I have all of Boston's CD's, all of Alabama's CD's (All 22 of them!!), Lots of 80's metal, most of Garth's stuff... me thinks Beano can help you out big time!

I have over 400 CD's in storage, including all of the aforementioned stuff, plus I have most of that duplicated on my iTunes, so you're in business, girl! And by the way, I have had my truck stolen twice, and got it back with the stereo equipment torn out of it both times - so I feel your pain!!

Sue Ellen, that totally stinks! I am so sorry you had to deal with that on your trip. How awful! Your story is a great reminder though. We are staying at 2 hotels we are not familiar with on our next Disney trip. One in Delray Beach before WDW, then one in St Petersburg after WDW, so I will certainly be sure to bring everything in the room even for the short time we are there.

OK, I took a few picts. today of my weekend plans as requested. I suppose I will post them with a brief commentary. Not as exciting as a crossing the Atlantic trip report tho....

DS's laundry...this is a pretty self explanatory one....

Made a pasta salad to take to the neighbors little pool party / Bar-b-que thing

Cleaned some things out of DS's closet that he's outgrown

Watched the grass grow for awhile

OK, so we did go to our friends house this evening for awhile which was nice. They put in a new pool and in-ground hot tub last summer - but it didn't get up & running until late August so it's still a novelty...very nice tho...heated...3 little waterfall things...fountain spitter things...pretty blue tiles...little vaccum thingy on a timer they said makes cleaning it a piece of cake. Hummm. Dunno 'bout that one.... It was a fairly small gathering of about maybe 24 as several of the "usuals" are out of town for the holiday. Low key. I would imagine this will have been the highlight of our weekend...but I'll be sure to take any more pictures that will accurately depict how exciting we are here!! Everyone please try to contain your excitement until my next post!!!!

Cheri, feel better. No fun laying on the sofa when you could be doing laundry, running here and there with the kids etc. Wish I could come to Calif. and help, but like my DD, I don't fly. If I took the train, you would be well before I got there!
Annie, I am cruising next summer only if Rick doesn't go with Betsy. We are both working on his resistance trying to make him understand, it definitely isn't boring.
Went shopping with DD today to get dress for the big wedding. We got real bargains. Rick wanted to know if I would go shopping with him next time he wants a new car. I told him that's what OLD people do, hunt for bargains!

I have an aunt there who I havent seen in like almost 20 years. Not on purpose or anything, just that shes old and not in the best health, cant travel, and it has just never worked out for us going to visit either. So, I finally said, we NEED to make it a point to go see her this trip. We are flying into Ft Lauderdale and spending the first day of our trip in Delray with her. Then the following day we head to WDW! Now I wish I would be there longer so we could plan a meet or something.

We are staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott. Any opinions? Then again, I suppose the locals don't have good hotel info, LOL! I'm sure I'll come up with some more questions before we go.

We did watch POTC Dead Man's Chest on Blu-ray last night - WAY cool!

We will probably watch lots of Disney vacation DVD's next weekend to amp up for this year's vacation!


Did I mention I am going to Florida in 12 days??
